We're expecting someone of AB's class to attract higher bids.
Infact,Mohammad Kaif actually earns higher salary than Ricky Ponting in the IPL.:p

Bagged 5 nice players and just used only 1.5M $.:laugh

I wouldn't expect too much from Ed Joyce, Robin Martin-Jenkins, Peter Trego, Graham Wagg or Jon Lewis, they are all just random DOM picks IMO.

I meant they are better than some of those in the auction list.

Ed Joyce is good. Jon Lewis was good. The others are three middle of the road all-rounders

That really didnt answer my question dude. I am waiting for your answer because that would influence my last two bids. If we can get good International players cheaply, then I would like to invest more in the English players. ;)

AB will probably have a base price of $500 k.
So,no chance of getting him cheaply for $100 k. :p

Got
Steve Harmison
Michael Lumb
Tim Ambrose.:)

Just won Jonathan Trott for $950,000. :facepalm

Yes I know that's a massive price to pay for him, but he is the second best batsmen out of the players in the auction behind Morgan.
The main reason we went for him was we needed a good English batsmen, because our icon player is more of a bowler.

My Icon player is a has been :facepalm

As is mine :p

Update:

Ryan ten Doeschate sold to Akash
Samit Patel sold to Chewie
William Porterfield sold to BKB
Jonathan Trott sold to Callum
Robert Key sold to Akash
