Holland have nothing to play for whatsoever - they are through as group winners no matter what, they could lose 10-0 and it wouldn't mean anything in terms of group standings for them.
It's the perfect time for them to play their lesser players and rest their star players for the quarter finals.

Romania have everything to play for and will be going all out for the win, they will be using their best side.

I think there is a big chance of a Romania win, or at least a draw.

Although I agree with what you are saying, I think I know Van Basten well enough to know he will still field a team strong enough to beat Romania. Besides, although their performance against Italy was a whole lot better, I am not too impressed by the Romania. They showed far more attacking intent in the qualification matches but seem happy to sit back and defend nowdays. Their performance against Italy, like I said, was lot better.

First of all France are not better than Italy. The Italians, as much as I hate them, are the definition of teamwork and unity. Also given the fact that they are cheap and smart makes them get results even under the worst of situations. Although Donadoni is not one of the smarter Italians and his team selection can be questioned. Why the hell did he not pick Montolivo is beyond me.

I always thought the French would struggle because all their players are scattered across various leagues, and even though they might be well adapted to all kinds of play, from what I've seen till now, there is absolutely to linkup between players in the team. Benzema was nothing like what he is at Lyon. Henry has had a poor season at Barca and that seems to be carrying forward, and the same can be said about Anelka who has been average at Chelsea.

The french defence also is very ordinary and very vulnerable at the moment with the likes of Thuram still playing at centerback. And I honestly think Sebastian Frey is a far better goalkeeper than Gregory Coupet.

Expect Romania to lose 2-1, and Italy to sneak a 1-0 victory, with someone scoring with the hand and then celebrating as if it was the most wonderful goal of his career.
