I dont See a need of " WTF" here. You Have released only 4 players ( All retired ) 2 of them were OS (overseas draft will be started by You ) and You have released 2 locals , So You have to post Your picks in Round 3 only? Which is currently running.

If You Look at the Draft form closely, you will know that Only 2 dutch & 1 European Associate have been picked till now. And You have to pick ( I European Associate + 1 dutch).
Please look into the form on previous page and You will Know everything that there is nothing like a loss For You .
