Lol, too much funny. Maybe the goalkeeper must have come to chat with the opposition or try hitting a goal. Must have got bored with just saving.:lol

Yeah. It's hilarious but I don't know what is the problem. Still, :lol.

They're taking their sweet time about patch No.2 for the PC - and it certainly needs a second patch - the keepers' handling is terrible for weak shots (yes), the AI defensive line is far too high (and the players' come to that), as well as other gems like players you send out on loan ending up at the club permanently - so effectively, you're letting promising youngsters go for free. There are numerous other issues - not least the lag problems myself and many other Win 7 64bit users are experiencing - under XP, it's fine.

Sort it out, EA.

Played four games online today.

Liverpool (me) vs Manchester United (Dr. Pepper): First half was played at a frantic pace with chances for both teams. Second half I came out and scored immediately. I just went on the defensive after that so my chances came few and far between but that was the risk I was taking by going "ultra-defensive". It paid off. I won 1-0.

Tottenham (me) vs Juventus (Dr. Pepper): Awesome game. Numerous chances at both ends. Very fast paced game. 1-1 at full time. I took the lead in the second half of extra time. 2-1, final score.

England (me) vs France (Dr. Pepper): There was too much lag in this game for it to be enjoyable but Dr. Pepper came away with a VERY scrappy 1-0 victory.

Liverpool (me) vs Tottenham (Ollie): I'm sure Ollie won't agree with this but I dominated this game from start to finish. I was all over him like a rash and was unlucky to only win 1-0.

You're right, I don't agree with that in the slightest. The only reason you scored was because I wasn't even looking at the screen has I was being given out to about playing and not talking to someone.

Playing shravi is weird. When I played him, I just never got going and barely won the one game, and I'm usually pretty good.

Shame about the lag in the last game, we were doing alright in the previous games.

I can't play online. I got the game the first day it came out in Aus, and it said my online code didn't work/was already redeemed. Not happy. And I'm too stingy to buy online. ;)

Anyway, the game's fun enough offline. I don't really play much anyway.

Guess Shrav just doesn't want to mention the 3 games we played last night because he knows I should have won or got something out of at least all 3 of them, but I ended up only winning 1 of them.

1st Game: Inter Milan (me) vs. Real Madrid (shravi)

Game was played at a rapid tempo and this was probably the game that Shrav won because he was much more clinical than me. He scored two break away goals from the best player in the world which my defense just couldn't keep up with. I was battering away, breaking through and cutting him into pieces at times but the quality of his finishing provided the win for him.

2nd Game. Porto (me) vs. Aston Villa (shravi)

I well and truly ran the show in this game but I only won 1-0 and even that goal came in the 120th minute. Shrav's defense was tired and managed to play a chip through to Hulk in miles of space and bury it past the keeper. Shrav made a few chances but nothing that was overly threatening, whereas I was playing with pure finesse and style that in the game he just couldn't seem to handle.

3rd Game. Lyon (me) vs. Bayern Munich (shravi)

Probably the one game Shravi really deserved to win. His Bayern side were a far far better side than mine and with the rain it meant I couldn't play my short and quick passing game and played right into his hands as I was struggling to keep hold of the ball. Can't remember how he scored but he certainly deserved the win in this game.

Looking forward to whoever wants to challenge me next!

You ran the show in the second game but that's also because you pulled some outrageous sliding tackles before I could make a pass or get a cross in ;). At least one of them should have been a red card. You did create more chances but never really looked like finishing them imo. Still, well deserved win.

Also, I think "cutting him to pieces" is a little bit of a stretch first game). I went ultra defensive around the 60th minute so you were always going to get more chances in the second half, but my defense held strong and you could only get speculative shots away. But well played. The difference was only the finishing in this game. Otherwise it was fairly even.

A definite improvement from the first time we played eh? Played some guy earlier me as Inter and him as Real, 1-1 after 90 minutes. The game ended 3-1 to me and I ended with 7 men on the pitch. Was 1 yellow card away from forfeiting!

I'm around for some now if anyone wants a go.

Yep, you're definitely better than before. Shame that my vacation is over now and I have no TV when I go back on campus. Our next game will probably be in a little over 4 months lol.

I'll be getting this game next week! :D
