You mean the start menu one ? There are loads of things like vista transformation pack, where you can disable other things. Or you can go for a custom theme solution only

That one slows down your machine considerably and some other issues as well. Its not fully optimised.

and yup, beryl is uber cool. consumes very low resources, can be scaled to mammoth levels.
but it's novelity wanes off after some time. however, the cube is very nifty for organsing your work.
