I just played Home Utd, who are top atm and lost 1-0 despite having 19 shots compared to their grand total of 1. And that effort was due to a dismal backpass from my centre-back that presented their striker with an open goal!

I've got such a tough decision in my Wolves game. Im up into 2nd after finally winning a game to put our form back on track after 2 losses and a last gasp draw, and I've just been offered the Blackburn job. They are 7th in the prem, just 3 points off 3rd (Man Utd are down in 13th after 19 games!). They will give me a ?650k wage budget and ?7.5mil transfer budget if I sign, as well as a ?13,500k salary.

So it's either fight it out for a Premiership slot with a team I have worked hard on, or fight out a Champions League place with a new team with a bit of cash!?

Accept it and then just save the game in a new slot, then you can run with both games.

That was my thought, and I've done it before, but I really can't be bothered to have another game to play. I'd rather just keep this game and play it for as long as possible.

I'm probably going to turn it down. I want the satisfaction of taking a side from relegation candidates when I joined to getting promoted withing one and a half seasons.

OK guys, am re-installing FM08, but I have lost all GFX. Those who can remember, what Facepacks, Logos, Skins etc. did/do you use?

At the start of my second season for Liverpool, my attack is looking great:

-------------Mascherano
Benayoun------Aguero-------Babel
-----------Torres------Berbatov

That was my attack last game, with Alonso (coming on for Aguero), Kuyt and Reira on the bench. Steven Gerrard is injured but when he comes back it's going to be great.

Benayoun and Babel are in fantastic form, and same with Torres who has scored 5 goals in 4 games, and Berbatov scored in his debut game and has 2 assists (played 2 matches). I've got the 7th best defence, and 8th best attack, but I've only played 4 games with some teams having played 7.

Took over Sheffield Utd. midway through the season, led them to top of the table, where we massively choked, and clung onto 2nd by a point. We entered the last game with the available finishing positions were 1,2,3,4 and 5th. Got a 0-0 at Plymouth, and have now been linked with Man United job, where SAF is "unlikely to be offered a new deal".
Should I stay with The Blades, or if Man U come calling should I go?

Go to Man Utd and save it as another game. But if you don't want two saves, I still say Man Utd.

How about this for fixture congestion in the last week of the league season!



The Bayern Munich tie was some game, Evra sent off in the first half, 1-1 until the 64th minute, then made it 3-1 in the 83rd to take it to extra time, then 2 goals in extra time. Looks far more comfortable than it was.

As for the league, massive disaster there, I was about 8 points ahead, but due to only getting 8 points out of the last possible 18, I'm 3 behind Chelsea, with a game in hand, but with an inferior goal difference too. Second season by the way.

Nah, I won the league in the first season by winning my last 6 or 7 games (which included Chelsea and Arsenal away). Looking to go one ahead of them!

Got afc wimbledon to league two in two seasons.

In my England game, I lost the World Cup final 3-2 against Italy after beating Spain and France to get there. I got offered a Swansea job before the World Cup but I rejected to focus on England. After the World Cup I got given the Tranmere job who were last in The Championship with 4 points after 7 games. After 15 Games I have us on 17 points and 17th place.

I beat second place Stoke 3-1, but lost to 3rd place Leeds 3-2 the week after.
