Recently I started a game unemployed and found a contract second division Dutch side Volendam. I am about to start pre-season friendlies and after I got sacked at Bury in another game (which wouldn't load, so I started this new one) I'm hoping this one will be a bit more of a success.

I had a stint as Eindhoven but didn't really attract to the Dutch comp. Wasn't my style lol.

I don't plan to stay in Holland for to long. I plan to move onto bigger and better things.

I have tried doing little league stuff...Doesn't work for me. Don't have enough patience.

I just start saves that interest me. For example I've done 'journeyman/unemployed' saves and enjoyed it (Started with a lower league german club, moved on to Leeds and Sheff Wed) but then I've also had ones that have gone shocking. My best save has been with Aston Villa and then Wolves, winning the FA Cup with Villa and getting promoted with Wolves.

Recently started a story with Feyenoord on Sortitoutsi. Cracking team, and I have no idea how they are doing so shockingly bad in real life. Hoping for a title challenge come the end of the season.

Arrived in the post today. Coincided nicely with me finishing my exams yesterday.

In my Volendam game, one of my best players was off contract and decided to move another club for nothing. I'm floating around the promotion play-off area which is great considering I was expected to finish mid-table.

There seems to be a massive gap in fixtures in the First Division Dutch League. About half way through the season and lasts for around 43 days, seems strange.

It happens in many European countries. It's the break around Christmas I believe, something Arsene Wenger seems to bring up every bloody year around Christmas time because we in England don't have one.

Just beat Happy Valley 11-2 on aggregate in the Asian Confederation Cup quater-finals :cool:

After I posted that, I've now started to lose games and getting into a play-off spot is looking less likely.

i bought the game today from the shops and it wont setup, whenever i insert the disk it says run 'autorun' and i do that and then nothing happens. i did it before and it installed steam but i have no clue what im supposed to do.
