Decided to make a new save, loaded up the following leagues and decided to start unemployed.
English (npower League 2)
Italy (Serie C1)
Holland (Eerste Divisie)
Portugal (Liga Orangina)
Russia (First Division)
Spain (Liga Adelante)
Applied for a fair few jobs, offered contracts at Barnet and Brentford in England, and Saturn and Dinamo St. Petersburg in Russia. Might have been offered another job but forgot whether I did. I didn't really feel like managing in England, especially as I had barely any wage budget left and no transfer budget with Brentford and only like 10k with Barnet. I would have taken up the St. Petersburg offer but they really sucked and were in last mid-season in the bottom league so it was very likely I would be relegated and since there was no division below, I couldn't really risk it, so I decided to take up the job at Saturn, who were last place in the Premier Division, without a win and a bunch of 15 yo kids, a couple with some potential but none of them any good for that moment. Gave up a few matches as I signed players who joined me at the end of July when the transfer window opened. Currently August 22, pretty much rebuilded my squad, currently made 13 new transfers, for a total of 125k in total, after adjusting the transfer budget as I was only spending 10k p/a on wages before and my wage budget was like 2M
Also signing 2 more players for 40k over 4 years and 400k over 4 years, currently in contract talks and should be joining me shortly, both Russian which is good.
I'm still yet to win a game, so it looks like I'm going to be relegated, but I did only lose 1-0 to Spartak Moscow in my most recent match away from home, and as the 14th and 15th place teams are only on 11 points (while I am on 0), 4 or 5 wins and a couple of draws from my final 13 games could maybe get me survival, otherwise I'll just try and promote straight again from the First Division.

Well my first win and it was a thrashing That's 4 points in my last 2 games, and now only 7 points behind second last. My next game is very crucial though and I'll probably need to win it if I want to have any chance of staying up, against Spartak Nalshik sitting in 14th place, and 11 points in front of me so if I win that, then 3 more wins could help me avoid relegation. I have 11 games remaining. Here is my fixture list and my chances.
Spartak Nalchik (A) - I like my chances despite being away from home.
Tom (H) - We'll probably lose this match but a draw could be on the cards if we play well
Rubin (A) - No chance
Zenit (H) - Again, really no chance
CSKA Moscow (A) - God this is a horrible run playing the top 3 teams in 3 consecutive matches. Really we'll do well to take one point out of the 3 games.
Dinamo Moscow (H) - Chances might not be the best but it will probably be a must win game, so I reckon we can pull off an upset.
Krylja Sovetov (A) - If we beat Dinamo Moscow, then I think we will have a lot of confidence going into this game, even if it is away from home, so I think this game will much depend on whether we can win one of the previous 4 matches.
Lokomotiv Moscow (H) - I reckon we have a good chance but again form going into the match will be key if we are to win.
Terek (A) - Currently sitting in 5th so I don't think we will win this match.
Rostov (H) - Good chance of winning this one, who have currently lost their last 3 matches.
Sibir (A) - We finish our season playing the team above ours, and our season could well come down to this match. I fancy our chances but we will need a good performance away from home, to get us the 3 points.
