I think 3rd and 4th place should play off for the additional Champions League spot with Liverpool getting one for winning the CL.

UEFA have rejected the FA's request for 5 Champions League teams next year. I have to admit as an Everton fan I would be more than gutted if Liverpool came 5th and nicked our spot especially as 4th is now looking within grasp.
C'mon Chelsea, stick 10 past them!

Much as I hate to say this, I think to have 4 teams from one country in the champions league (let alone 5) is too much. As the name suggests it should be for champions, and for that matter the uefa cup should go back to being the Cup Winners Cup.

(Of course Liverpool would still be in the champions league as champions of Europe) ...fingers crossed...

The surprise was that Milan were damn lucky to win by 2 goals. PSV gave them a run for their money right til the end, and with a little more luck and better finishing may have got a draw at least. Can't see them pulling round a 2 goal deficit now though.

Yep PSV were fabulous in the second half.

They deserved atleast 1 goal.

If only JS Park hadn't slipped in the penalty box............

Yeah, and the amount of shots that went straight at Dida, rather than a yard either side of him....just one of those nights for PSV I guess.

The passing was awsome, but the finishing let them down. So many shots but straight to the goalkeeper. PSV were impressive in the second half but just lacked the finishing touch. I f the finishing would have been any good, I think they could have easily won 4-2.

Imagine if Robben and Kezman had stayed with them......

Well Kezman wouldn't have made much of a difference, his finishing this season has been terrible. However your point is true!
