Norwich actually got rid of the deadwood and signed some good players. I am shock, seems they've actually appointed a manager with some ambition for the first time in decades. Perhaps if Delia finally decides to part with some cash for once, they might actually drag themselves into a good situation to make a challenge for next season from.

Glenn Roeder is one of the worst managers around in my opinion.
Only just avoided relegation with Gillingham, got sacked from Watford, got a West Ham side with Joe Cole, Lampard, Kanoute, Di Canio etc relegated and he failed with Newcastle.

He's been an absolute saviour for Norwich.

Yeah, he has done well so far for you, but look at what Dowie did when he first arrived, look at us now. A lot of managers have a good spell when they first arrive and then it goes downhill.
