Not happening. Leaving the back to back winners of La Liga for a team thats not even in the champions league?

Cheap, cheap wenger-like tactics. How dare he calls Madrid unethical. Win 9 Champions League first, you rut!

The difference is we're allowed too, Madrid aren't allowed to speak to Ronaldo before we allow them to do so.

At the end of the day he is just doing what is best for his career and for his family, if you get offered 2 jobs you take the one with more money.

You may have trophies, but Madrid have got no class, it's not hard to win the champions league, when you tap up the best players around the world and are funded by the government.

What we did is legal, someone from Madrid has come out today and told Ronaldo to say he wants to leave so the clubs can start negotiating.

If he goes, we should sell him to the club with more class in Spain, Barcelona.

Madrid, are not the biggest club in the world.

Rant over.

Yeah what he said. ^

Madrid are a pile of anal leakage. What an absolute twat of a football club.

Unfortunately (for you) Madrid are the biggest club in the world. I dont know about class, but in the end you have to look at the trophies. And Madrid, unlike Liverpool, dont just do good in Europe, but have won their domestic leagues as well.

Also we dont tap up players, but buy them and pay the selling clubs well. We are not funded by the government but aided by them. We are funded by the scores of sponsors and fans around the world who in some way contribute. And all this is also legal.

Yes, I too would like the club to get more youth players into the first team. But right now we've two in Iker Casillas and Raul (although he was for Atletico, we signed him very early and he developed into the player he is today, here). And both are world class.

Madrid have never said they've started negotiations with Ronaldo. It was just the media. United's complaint to FIFA was baseless and pointless.

Size isn't measured in trophys, it's fans, it's power. Trophys are the history of the club, they have no bearing on where they are now. Nottingham Forest have won more than Chelsea, are they biiger than them? of course not.

Uniteds complaint was not baseless and pointless at all. It's also the unsettling of the player which is wrong which is why they do have a perfectly good point when people like Calderon come out saying we want to sign Ronaldo, Schuster talking in press conferences about where he would like to play Ronaldo and how he will fit into the side.

You canwin all the trophys in the world but you can't win class.

To be the biggest club in the world, you gotta have class.

I know you didn't mean it like that, but the sad fact is, neither do your team.

The amount of times Calderon or Schuster has come out and said things like "he would be a great addition to our squad". You tap players up before you buy them, Madrid are a disgrace, and not the biggest club in the world whatsoever.

TBH,I am not very proud of Calderon, but I have to give him credit for getting the club back into shape both financially and on the field. The underperforming Galacticos have been replaced a team of talented youngsters who have yet to reach their peak. I know our strikers are nearing the end of their careers but the rest of the side is different.

When Florentino left, the club was in a mini-crisis financially, and Calderon's team has done brilliantly and if the financial brokers are to be believed, then the club now is more stronger than ever.

Also I dont see anything wrong with comments like "he would be a gread addition to our squad." Madrid dont care about United, if they like a player they express it. It is upto Ronaldo in the end.

I don't expect them to care for us, but the word is respect. They should respect us. And saying a million times about how a player contracted to a club would be great for Madrid, and where they'd play him, is showing a lack of respect.

Yeha, how dare he call Madrid unethical! It's not as if they continuously hound a club for their player. And Wenger's such a hypocrite. I mean, you see him declaring his intentions for a player every day. Oh wait, you don't.

Madrid have no class whatsoever. You only have to look at Prseidential elections to see this. They'll promise to bring a player to the club and stop at nothing until the player's employers give in.

Milan are dicks too. Every week, they keep saying they'll get Adebayor.

It's because they're living in the shadows of the greatest league in the world. They just can't compete with the worldwide popularity of the Premiership.
