Football Transfers Thread

Apparently, the Polish coach is saying that Robert Lewandowski is on his way to Old Trafford after the Euros.

Another striker?!:facepalm

Looks like a replacement for Berbatov though, still I'd prefer Macheda replacing Berbatov.

Rooney is the replacement for Berbatov and Kagawa is replacing Rooney.

I believe Klopp said he's going nowhere after the Polish coach said that.

Rumours are that Nasri is no longer in Mancini's plans, and Inter are interested just like last season.

If this is true, LOL:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol:lol.

The fact is if the guy wasn't such a ---- to us before he could've possibly come back to us as he'd probably be a better option than Rosicky. Though knowing how things have gone he may end up going on loan to Spurs:p.

Alba to Barca is all but a done deal, and Kolarov may follow Nasri to Inter.

"I made the right choice going to City from Arsenal because we won the Premier League."

Get a life mate.

Also, RVP isn't going to another Prem club or Spain. Means there are only a few destinations for him. Juventus wouldn't be bad, they'd be a real super power with a great striker like him. He'd be a star there too. Milan would be another club he could consider moving to. Staying at Arsenal would be a good move too, he has potential to become the club's leading scorer and a true legend. So really it's Juve, Milan or Arsenal. Tbh I wouldn't want to go to a team like Juve after what happened in the Calciopoli scandal and seeing how this is happening again... So I don't know, things are looking good to keep him at Arsenal. His family are very well settled too.

Plus I believe RVP is Juve's secondary target, after Cavani. Though Cavani will cost double RVP, not at all worth it. So I feel even though Juve are trying to distance themselves from RVP, they are the most likely destination.

Juve are just missing that class act up front to complete their side.

If they get RvP, I'd have them down as genuine challengers for the CL.

I really can't see what Nasri did wrong. He wasn't happy about the lack of ambition at Arsenal as couldn't see them winning things in the near future so left to City, where he won the league. He tried his best to keep a relationship with Arsenal fans but they were just bitter about it all so eventually he gave up.

The Lewandowski quote was taken out of context. I think what the Polish coach was trying to say was that he'd become a really good player and had the capability of going to someone like Utd.

I think nasri is going nowhere its just rumours and by the way he made right decision by leaving gunners who he know will never win any title in coming years and that is fact look your cabinet its empty and in nasri first season he won the league so get it

'Trophy cabinet is empty'? We had one barren season - this is just a tiny section of our 'empty' trophy cabinet:

It'll take you a long, long time to win anything like that lot. In the meantime, the rumours about Yaya Toure leaving Man City persist - and you will really struggle to replace him.

Anyway, if you want to keep going on about a season most of us have now put to bed, be my guest. My mind is now firmly on England and the Euros.

He's talking about Arsenal.

Nasri is an idiot, he wasn't even our best player yet thought he was and moved for money. If he wanted to move for title he would've moved to Utd obviously.

That season Wilshere was voted Arsenal player of the season, and IMO all of Sagna, RVP and Fabregas were better, the latter two when they weren't injured.

You don't see other players talking about their former clubs like Nasri did. Adebayor has said things about Arsenal in the past, but not like Nasri, and the same with Bentley. Look how their careers have turned out:lol. Fact is you don't leave Arsenal. Just because Nasri won the title, doesn't mean he made the right decision. He is the weak link of the Man City line-up and will be replaced. Maybe Johnson will finally get some time, or a new replacement will come in.

Rubbish. He was acting as he is now from day one.

Oh - ok. I assumed he was talking about Utd's because his post was directly below Dr Pepper's who is a Utd fan, isn't he? Maybe I'm wrong. Even so, I'm sure your trophy cabinet looks miles healthier than City's does. Anyway, I'm not getting into this again - the season is done. :)

Exactly - especially when a) you've only won one League title in approx. 34 years and b) you only won it by two minutes.

Man Utd, Arsenal, Liverpool even Chelsea have a bigger and more significant history than you - hell, even West Ham have a more significant history than you - having provided a large chunk of the England 1966 World Cup winning team. :lol :lol :lol

Sorry, I'm breaking one of my rules: Never argue with an idiot: They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience. ;)

Now will you drop it? You're losing more and more respect here as the days go by, still harping on about last season - and you still haven't stated - truthfully - how long you've supported City for...

You really want to knw how long i support city but the fact and the truth is and will be i hate man u for more than when i watch first kick of football so shutup and i willl always be hater of red monsters and you saying day by day haters are of me are increasing or should i say haters of my truthful words lolz:lol:lol.tbh i always dont have any intention to have argument on personal notes but look like people want to go personal
