Richards would be such a terrible signing for Liverpool that I'd actually miss Glen Johnson, IF he leaves this summer (don't rate either of them, obviously). Although I don't mind Johnson staying if he's willing to take a 50% wage cut.

Great signing for BVB btw, always rated Sahin highly. Glad Klopp's a fan too.
 
Sahin was truly amazing in 10-11 when BVB won their first title under Klopp, and he looked good today vs Bayern away, so maybe he's getting back to that level finally after the failed transfer to Real.
 
I think Richards is playing badly mainly because he doesn't feel that Pellegrini wants him/has use for him.

The last days Sturridge had @ Chelsea was sort of similar, but his talent was obvious. Richards needs a manager like how Rogers took Sturridge, believed in him & reaped the benefits.
 
Just for another season tho, he probably wants to make up for his time with injuries and move on elsewhere.

Guys , Gundogan has signed only a 1 year extension.. So , if United/Real or Bayern want him , he is still ripe for plucking.. Relatively speaking , he has ONLY 2 years of contract... I wish he stays at BVB though... A midfield of Sahin , Bender and Gundogan is too good.. I'd say we've been ravaged by injuries this year... But next season , we will come back better than ever !

Sahin , had he stayed at BVB , would've been among the top midfielders right now.. He moved to Real and got his career ruined ( nearly ). Glad to see him back and glad that Klopp has still got confidence in him.
 
liking the sound of atletico going after Mauro Icardi if they lose diego costa, they've produced some great centre forwards in recent years so it would be a good place for him to go to develop.

Yeah , Icardi is a player with a lot of talent. He just needs to get his priorities sorted out. I feel that the Italian media is intervening a lot in his personal life. Simeone would be perfect for him.

Looks like Costa to Chelsea has been confirmed , according to British and Spanish sources. Prices range from 35 million to 50 million pounds. Anything less than 40 is a steal !

Just waiting to see if they'll add on Courtis+ ?10 million or they'll pay ?30 million+.
Would be interesting to see this unwind.

Selling Thibaut makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Cech is getting old and is gradually declining but will perform at a high level for one more season and Thibaut is the 2nd best GK right now. So getting a GK with half his ability would cost us 25-30M. So let them have Torres + 20 million + Thibaut on loan for one season and we have Costa , it is a win-win situation :D
