Football Transfers Thread

He isn't going to get a proper chance in a top English club so if Inter come calling he simply has to go. Inter are changing their ways and he can be a part of a revitalised young team.

A young team built around the ever so young Vidic and Torres, you go Inter!

While Inter has some weird transfer policy , I simply cannot see them buying Torres :noway This is because of his wage demands, the guy earns 175K per/week at CFC :mad I dont think Inter , or any other club , will pay Torres that much. I feel we should give him the Malouda treatment in 14/15 and he will surely leave the next season :p

At the Arsenal FA Cup celebrations, thousands of fans sang to Sagna asking him not to leave. So if he still leaves after that, well damn..

This Yaya BS is getting out of hand. He might be a WC player , but he cannot demand the club to act according to his wishes. And IMHO, what Sagna doing is justified. This is last payday, and he will want to make as much as possible.

It's not like he wouldn't get more than he'll get at City in France. I believe Arsenal offered him a decent amount too.

It makes no sense for City to sign him and put him on almost double the money Zabaleta's on and then use him as second choice. I think he's being bought to play at CB, since he's nowhere near good enough to displace Zabaleta.

Anyway, hopefully they'll announce it soon, expecting the Aurier announcement to come with it. Looks like an awesome RB, big shame that he's Ivorian though and will be at the AFCON during important times in the season. Will be interesting to see him dupe it out with Jenkinson and Bellerin.

The point of bringing Bac is to provide quality competition in defence. Micah, ever since the injury, has never been the same player. While he may be good for a side like Arsenal or Liverpool in his current state, he will never be City-class(noffe).

Would be a quality signing, but there are complications there with the co-ownership, Juve owns 50% of him. :rolleyes

The wages make no sense for Sagna, but I don't think he's brought in to play CB, good that he has that in his arsenal though, but most importantly he's being brought in to give Zaba a rest, which Pellegrini clearly felt he couldn't do this season with Richards, and I expect the 2 to be rotated like he did with Kolarov and Clichy.

Maybe, whatever noffe means (:p), but it's still sad seeing a player who came up through our youth system go.

No offence :p

Hehe, the problem here is, Juve are willing to sell him. It is Torino who are the major obstacle. Even is Juve lose Immobile, they will still have Domenico Berardi who is an even bigger prospect.

Got any sources on that? Because it doesn't make much sense for Juve to be willing to sell the(ir) league's top scorer, he had a stunning season and I'd argue he's better than all their strikers except Tevez.
