This definitely the right direction for Canada cricket. The fact that WI players are going to be apart of this is great to see as our boys can gain some experience form those guys. If there are cricket locally, it might attract some of the white Canadian folk that don't know much about cricket. The introduction to cricket is pretty good, it is slowly being introduced in elementary schools and high schools as part of physical activity. The games that can held in the Toronto area can encourage kids to play in leagues and what not. People are very interested and keen about cricket, and many have enjoyed after first playing the game. Don't forget, there is lots of Desi people here as well - so it is a good financial thing for Cricket Canada.
