i can come 5th in my league fairly easily now but if i get relegated i'll have a really easy league, is it worth losing the rest of my games to go down?

Saturday/Sunday - Youth pulls/Friendlies
Mondays - Training
Tue-Thurs - FC Games
Friday - OD games

Rinse and Repeat as neccesarry.

As for timings exact per country, you'll be better off asking in your country's sledgin board. Or go to Club - Click on your country - Country Details.
