new members signing up, just not many. stadium filling up to about 6500 and cash flow is not good

another question, why does it limit the amount of ITS' i can use on a YP. If i improve my academy will it let me do more?

In a word, yes

They improve 0.9 at a time so the condition may not improve straight away

Yes you can arrange friendlies, not sure abt stats, but i think the answer is no, bots dont have general manager.
