read the JFW article by the manage of phils hotspurs on single/multinet training
it basically shows how training 2 players on 2primary nets each until they are 20 is less effective than training 4 players on one net each until they are 22
I'm confused with the nets. I see people talking about "pops" and I have been setting lots of nets sessions but my players don't seem to be improving. They just stay at feeble etc. How do they improve and get "pops"?

A single primary (batting or bowling) net takes the following:
17 Year Old: 11 Weeks
18 Year Old: 12.4 Weeks
19 Year Old: 14 Weeks
20 Year Old: 15.7 Weeks
21 Year Old: 17.5 Weeks
22 Year Old: 19.4 Weeks
23 Year Old: 21.4 Weeks
Two primary nets take the following:
17 Year Old: 7.2 Weeks
18 Year Old: 8.2 Weeks
19 Year Old: 9.3 Weeks
20 Year Old: 10.4 Weeks
21 Year Old: 11.6 Weeks
22 Year Old: 12.8 Weeks
23 Year Old: 14.1 Weeks
Post the players you want to train and i can help you set your nets.
