You would think so wouldn't you? But there's legalities involved which are very complex (well, so I am told!). I believe that's why the competition is so rigorously structured, with all the T+Cs etc etc.
I think it is also part of the reason the competition is limited to the UK and Australia - you're only dealing with *two* legal systems you need to ensure that you are obeying...
