Ok here's the latest batch of downloads:

Installation instructions:

Both these files must be converted to .BIG once downloaded (instead of .txt)
Import both these files into the GOB file using the BIG GUI editor.
Once they are imported, they must be compressed.

And regarding the 2bb7ad25c9aa96dc7b6f670d84a4df83.txt file,it provides "Slightly modified pitch conditions" and "Modified 50 over pacing" configs..




Tutsi,did you get ur copy of the game yet ?? I think the instructions are quite simple..Which step of installation are you stuck at ??

One more thing,as the shot files used are exactly of the same size/format as that of Cricket 2004,cant the same set of shots be imported into the game..I mean people like tutsi have worked really hard on it and i think we must try those Cric 2004 shot files in cricket 2005 !! Tutsi do you mind if i post your shots(saf's) from your cricket 2004 patches ??

I think you need to compress the big file after importing into gob..it worked for me!!

Next are some edited bowling fields for ODI's for the 15 over restrictions:

I have edited them to include so of the following:

- 2 slips or 1 slip & a gulley
- 2 catching fielders
- 3rd man

Once you have dowloaded these files, they must be converted to .XML (instead of .txt)
The import them into the GOB file (using BIG GUI) , then compress them.

I have tried placing those .big files under the cricket 2005 folder and I can confirm that this works, so there isn't any need to import them back into the GOB.

Just rename the files from *.txt to *.big, and for installing it place those .big files on to your x:\....\ea sports cricket 2005\ folder

I think they add to the game and I don't get that many of them anyway, I mean there are lots of misfields in the real game is there not? :
