Pakistan is already loosing by big margin so they can't loose too many wickets as it will effect their NRR also and Holland will go to S8 even if they beat them

Wickets don't affect the net run rate. It's called Run rate, not wicket rate. It affects the D/L score, but not the NRR.

As far I think it effects. It was same rule in IPL and loosing wickets was affecting their NRR.
