You really think winning a hugely D/L affected game against an average T20 side is going to revitalise West Indies cricket? It won't. West Indies have put in better performances than this against England in the recent past that should have had an impact but didn't. This does nothing for the future of West Indies cricket.

Pretty disappointing end to the game. Duckworth Lewis definitely needs to be altered for T20 cricket. It just doesn't work. However, I'm not going to get too annoyed, at least it didn't put us out of the competition. Just need to focus on beating Ireland now. We cannot slip up against them. Put in a similarly brilliant batting performance and we'll win the game.

Although Swann got two wickets, one largely down to the wonder behind the stumps that is Mr. Kieswetter, I strongly believe Sidebottom should have bowled that over. He was going to be the person most likely to get out Gayle with the swinging ball and I doubt he would have conceded as many runs as Swann did.

Good bowling from Yardy, and apart from that dreadful ball that eventually ended the game, Broad bowled ok. England were never going to win it really, it was just stacked too heavily in the West Indies favour.

I can't see Ireland beating England. What's the betting Eoin Morgan hits another fifty against his home nation?

You think it is? What do they sell at Sport events like these, food, rum, booze, beers you name it, the ads is simply saying don't drink and drive, it was not meant for kids by the way!!!
