Lol, i know the meaning, and i also know someone who had sex with a cousin of theres, its just not nice

Yeah, well clearly it's a transcription error and means 'daughter' for Victoire - not that there's anything wrong with Teddy snogging whoever he likes...

I always wondered what the difference between the children's version of the book and the adult version was. :p

Disclaimer:The above was a joke. As far as I am aware, the only difference between the two versions is the different covers to save the adults from suffereing the embarrassment of admitting to read children's book

For anyone that cares...

Teddy Lupin (b. 1998)
Victoire Weasley (b. 1998?) Fleur and Bill's daughter?
James Potter (b. 2004?)
Albus Severus Potter (b. 2006)
Rosie Weasley (b. 2006) Ron and Hermiones's daughter
Scorpio Malfoy (b. 2006)
Lily Potter (b. 2008)
Hugo Weasley (b. 2008) Ron and Hermione's son
As though I am not entirely sure, I think Victoire is at least 2 years younger than Teddy. The reason I cannot clearly explain, but this statement by James intrigues me:
James said:
'-and he(Teddy) said he'd come to see her(Victoire) off!'
Teddy was 19+ at the moment.

How is Teddy snogging Victoire incest?
a) look up the definition of incest
b) As far as I know Teddy and Victoire are not even cousins.

1. I know the definition, it was a joke!
2. They are cousins, everyone on here has said!

How are the two of them cousins? did you even read the books? Teddy is Tonks and Lupin's son where as Victoire is Bill's and Fleur's daughter, now how in the world are either of Tonks and Lupind related to Victoire and Fleur? Do let me know because if they are either cousins or brothers or sisters then I must have been reading the wrong story. All I know is that Lupin is a friend of James Potter and is friends with Weasly's through Dumbledore and Harry and Tonks is Sirius's cousin and knows Weasly'e through Order of Phoenix.

(Victoire, who was snogging Teddy — Lupin and Tonks’ son — is Bill and Fleur’s eldest.)

James had reappeared; he had divested himself of his trunk, owl, and trolley, and was evidently bursting with news. "Teddy's back there," he said breathlessly, pointing back over his shoulder into the billowing clouds of steam. "Just seen him! And guess what he's doing? Snogging Victoire!" He gazed up at the adults, evidently disappointed by the lack of reaction. "Our Teddy! Teddy Lupin! Snogging our Victoire! Our cousin! And I asked teddy what he was doing --" "You interrupted them?" said Ginny. "You are so like Ron --" "-- and he said he'd come to see her off! And then he told me to go away. He's snogging her!" James added as though worried he had not made himself clear.
"Oh, it would be lovely if they got married!" whispered Lily ecstatically. "Teddy would really be part of the family then!" "He already comes round for dinner about four times a week," said Harry "Why don't we just invite him to live with is and have done with it?"

Nauman is indeed correct. Teddy would become part of the family if he married a cousin. He is totally unrelated to Victoire.
We've also been chasing a red herring wrt the interview saying Victoire is a boy. As you can clearly see above, she is referred to as Bill and Fleur's eldest.

Fair enough, you obviously know a lot more than me

Awesome book though! Tedd is NOT related to Victoire... Get over it... jeez..

We have already established that, and that was the end of the discussion...no need for your rudeness!!

Did anyone else think that the epilogue was too sacarine? It was a good read till that unnecessary bit of over the top sugary cliched "...and they lived happily after all..." Good read nonetheless-kept me on my toes.

The epilogue was really infuriating. She answered half my questions. She should have writen more or not have had a epilogue at all. 19 years later was annoying.
