Homework

Anyone do the "Of Mice and Men," book as thier GCSE or are currently doing it, not to brag but i did pull that paper off with some skill, A grade ;) So any questions i can answer on the same basis as Colin is doing it, although i'm going slightly cheaper.

First day back at school and first day of year 9 and I already hate it. Gotta do accelerated french when I didn't even choose it! :(

I don't believe it, I'm now in year 10 yet the stupid teachers still make us do title pages, and I'm sick of it.

well i never do my homework and I get kicked out of the class almost each day for back chatting the teachers, being late, or making jokes.....

A tip for later life - do your homework, do what the teacher tells you to, get there on time and keep the jokes under your breath. ;)

Seriously though, it may seem funny now to make jokes and give teachers hell, but you aren't doing yourself any favours. Especially with your homework, you're going to lose out big time when exam time comes.

nah my points are alright but true i could improve, but i dont think i could ever stop the jokes thing, it is just in me lol ;)

I can never get determination to do my homework, or inspiration, I always do it at the last minute and it really annoys me.

Oh well, I guess.

I'm currently doing my work towards my SAT's (Year 9 Exams) and wer're doing Shakespeares 'Much Ado About Nothing', its sooooo boring......:(

Yeah i hate SAT's its also my year 9 ......

Yeah whats the point of them, we have GCSE's after year 9 so there really is no point of it. Its only for the schools reputation, thats why i refuse to revise for them....

I stuffed around when i was in Year 9 aswell. But once you enter your final years it really hits you that you have to put an effort in.

Considering I actually did 'okay' in my VCE results, i still envy the people who got better marks than me, hence they got into better university courses.

I cant imagine how i would of felt if i nearly basically failed and can't get into any courses that i like.
