HUGE bug - ashes edition 2006

I was just playing the triangular ODI series as Australia, had won my 6 lead up games but there was one game to go before the 3 finals, england vs nzl, i saved my game hoping to come back to it later but when i loaded it up next time it was asking me to select my team for the west indies tour (what the?), i didnt know what was happening as my previous series was not over, so i click the next arrow button and it came up simming matches and the computer simmed the ODI finals from the series i was just in, including australia who i am supposed to be controlling! very f-ing annoying bug as australia lost the finals despite my hard work having won the ashes 5-0, won the 20/20 against england and then having won all 6 of my regular round games in the ODI series on normal difficulty level, terrible bug!

meh start again these things happen. Your save file got corrupted it happens.

I believe i have worked out why it happened, because i saved when it displayed "waiting for other matches" on the screen, DO NOT save at that stage, sim the cpu vs cpu matches remaining until your next game in the series and then save.

another bug in the game is that shoaib malik is a bowler and not a batsmen
