HUSSEY GETS HIS FIRST WICKET

Michael Hussey has just got an edge to 1st slip from a nicely pitched ball. It had a perfect line and length. An edge by VVS LAXMAN has been caught by Matthew Hayden. Laxman was dismissed for 3 off 15 balls. Dhoni has walked to the crease could he be india's last hope of a successive victory? India are starting to slip. THey only lead by 24 runs and are 5/84 as michael hussey enters the second innings india wicket arena.

LEE GETS ANOTHER EDGE AND GRABS HIS FOURTH

Brett Lee has just got his fourth wicket and has stunned indian fans all over the world removing dominating batsman Dhoni for 1. He got yet another edge this time caught at third slip by Stuart Clark. India are now 6/84 and are in deep trouble as Singh walks to the crease looking nervous. Brett Lee needs one wicket to try equal his best of 5/30. Two wickets will beat that record. Ponting should keep him on for the rest of the day he doesnt look like he has lost much stamina.

INDIA IN DOUBT LEE GRABS FIFTH

Well hes bowled and bowled to see a defensive shot but Brett Lee changed his delivery to a outswinger and took the wicket he wanted Surav Ganguly. Ganguly the player with the main chance of the innings hit the ball in the air straight to Michael Hussey at a gully position. Ganguly got 26 (53) and Lee is within range to get his best figures for a test. India are 7/107 and if lee gets the next two wickets he will get his first ever 10WM.

DAY 3 CONCLUSION

Day 3 at kolkata has finished with India making 7/111. Brett Lee is now on 5/28 and needs a wicket to help stay within range or not bowl at all. Tomorrow is a crucial day 4 for india as they need to put a good tailend partnership.

SESSION REVIEW FROM SKY SPORTS

Well Aussies did well picking up 7 wickets in that afternoon session. The Aussies bowling attack lead by pace bowler brett lee who has performed truly Aussie style. India are in trouble and need a good partnership. The cricket show starts tomorrow at lunch if we play that long.

Brett lee now has 6/28 after he took his 6th wicket of the innings removing Singh for 4. Singh played a defensive shot getting an edge to Stuart Clark at 3rd Slip. He has fielded quite well Clark but probably wont get a bowl for some time as Lee and Hussey are bowling well and tight. India are 8/111 as Agarkar and Kahn try to make the biggest possible partnership they can.

Mike Hussey Takes His Second

Mike Hussey has taken his second wicket after bowling a perfect line and length to Agarkar who was dismissed for 7. The catch was an easy one for Damien Martyn who was standingin the covers. India are in trouble now as They only have one wicket left and the two batsman at the crease are going to be Nehra and Kahn. How much will they put on. Hussey has 2-38 off 14.3 Overs. India are 9/121.

Hussey Wraps it up for Aussies

Michael Hussey has just wrapped up the Indian innings by getting an lbw appeal given by umpire Simon Taufel. The ball was short and bounced up to hit the legs of Zaheer Kahn on leg stump. Hussey finished with 3 wickets for that innings, Brett Lee finished with 6 Wickets and Stuart Clark 1. India are all out for 125. Australia need 66 Runs to win and take out the Test Series 1-0. Well we are going to show the cricket show in 1 hour so stay tuned. Get the final PMS in.

Welcome to the first episode of the sky sports cricket show. Today we are going to look at the Aussie batting, the first session review, The upcoming one day series and your user emails.

We will take a break cross over to the Sky Sports News Room and some news in the cricketing world.

I am your host David Gower and alongside me i have nasser husain and Ian Bothem. Welcome to the show.

The Session review
The Australian batting and Indian Bowling in the latest session has been very good and been in favour of the Aussies. As we take a look at the Aussie Scorecard and the indian Bowling figures in Australias Second Innings at the crease.....

Now Australia was really put together by a good start in the first innings and had a good lead over India.

IB: Yes they did and it was a good knock from Mike Hussey. Getting the first century against india for himself.
NH: And he will be put into high Man of the Match contention because hes taken 4 wickets overall and he has got a 125 in the first innings.
DG: Well Brett Lee also got 6 wickets last innings.
IB: yes he did and it was a beautiful spell to. He had a lot of energy and you could tell cause alot of bowlers cant bowl at least 20 Overs straight well pace bowlers anyway.
DG: Well now Australia have an easy task after putting India in trouble and only need around 20 more runs to win after a good start to the innings by Hayden and Langer.
NH: yes it was quite a good start and Aussie fans should be proud with the way their team has performed.

Ok we are going off to a break now but after the break were going to have a quick glance of the 20/20 Series ahead so stay tuned.

Ok well coming soon we have a 20/20 series and it should be a great and entertaining competition after the players have been playing a long Test match. It should be a close series.
NH: Well its going to be a test for india. Aussies were sort of playing 20/20 cricket in the partnership with symonds and hussey. There were balls going everywhere and it should be good to see some one day cricket.
IB: Yes and it should be an entertaining series. Im tipping the aussies to be ahead in this one.
NH: I might tip india. They might bring out their strongest squad for the 20/20s as i feel tehy didnt hav a strong squad this particular test match.
DG: Well as you know after this series Pakistan are hosting Aussies, Indians and Sri Lankans in a 4team series one day so australia cant get rid of india.
IB: Yes and i think that if the aussies can play really well in this 20/20 series and giv india a bit of a worry for the Pepsi Cup in Pakistan it will get them thinking about what they are going to do.

Ok well that sums up the first episode and after the break we will cross back to the game.
