Must be kidding me right. India are by far one of the favourites this tournament. Bhuv and Praveen Kumar utilase the swinging conditions. Ashwin and Jadeja for the spin. Very Very deep batting to carry them home, with an exceptional inform Kohli,Raina,Dhoni.
Pakistan are so inexperienced and with no more big names (e.g. Afridi,Gul,Younis Khan) Pakistan stand no chance. Nasir Jamshed is in abysmal form, as well as Farhat (useless player), Hafeez is average. Shafiq is a test player and has a strike rate of 70 on a good day. Asad Ali, Ehsan Adil have little to no experience. Junaid Khan is average. Malim is too far down the order for the benefit of the team. Saeed Ajmal seemed off in the Ireland and Scotland series. Misbah is too old, and thinks he is some sort of hero, when he really isn't.
Okay first off, Afridi is absolute garbage. I think people need to understand that his "big name" means nothing. Bats worse than Wahab Riaz and hasn't taken a wicket in over 60 overs. Junaid Khan is definitely not average, shows a lot of talent and will definitely be a great bowler for Pakistan for years to come. Asad Ali bowled beautifully against SA, picking up wickets against Peterson and AB De Villiers in successive overs as well as getting out McLaren while he was set.
Malik is garbage, hasn't scored a 50 in 4 years and shouldn't be on the squad. Ajmal even though not in form is still the best spinner in the world in my opinion and I wouldn't worry about him, he should step up when we need it. Asad Shafiq comes up big when we need it. The question I'm asking is where in the world is Umar Akmal he should definitely be on the squad. He's definitely one of the most successful, talented batsmen in Pakistan today as well as being one of our best fielders without a doubt. Hafeez and Jamshed really need to do well especially Jamshed I think if he can really play like he did last year Pakistan will have a chance to do some damage for sure. Hafeez has the game in my opinion just things never fully work out, he usually gets himself out trying to do something far too excessive.

I agree with many of the things you just said in this post except for Umar Akmal, he's young so he will learn by experience however he was still our best bat during the World Cup and he's never given a chance to bat higher up the order which would be a better position for him because he's not put into positions where the game relies on him single handily winning because of Pakistan collapses. I do think Malik is terrible however good fielder but that's all and based on how many chances he's been given coming down the order is not an excuse for not getting a 50 in 4 years lolFirst of all, Afridi was never good. His name is what keeps him going. Umar Akmal is garbage. Thinks of himself as being amazing. Junaid Khan is good, but experience is not there to bowl at death. Asad Shafiq is NOT A ODI PLAYER, and never will be. Yes he is good, but you can't play that slow in ODI's. Asad Ali bowled well, but haven't really seen much of him. Ehsan Adil is a waste, with no pace. Shoaib Malik can't score a half-century, because he comes as a finisher when the team needs 40-50 runs. Never gets time to build an innings. PLus he is the best feilder Pakistan have. Saeed Ajmal is good, but age is catching up. Umar Amin is another useless player.

Once again, I sttod by what I said, India are a strong team and are by far My favourites for the tournament (coming from a Pakistani descent)
