ICC Champions Trophy 2017

You brought up the revenue generation from the BBL, I went on to state that the inclusion of Indians will significantly increase same. You are the one relating it to publicizing the league, then yes publicizing to gain revenue then so be it.

Did you realise most of the Australian contracted players don't play Big Bash? They get revenue due to it being 20 over, which is entertaining not because they have big names.

Have no idea what you're on about here, please clarify...

The FC and List A is a big factor than just 20 over.

Most of the contracted players still play the IPL, feeding the Indians and putting themselves at risk of not being fit for national duty as I alluded to.

In that case then yes the English and Aussies have a much better FC/List A scheme. The IPL howver was developed obviously to reap in riches, a by product being a stronger Indian outfit and weaker global teams.

I found it hard to believe that he reference to 'without Indians, there is not much success.' Anyway I am out.
Before you run, Michael Holding couldnt have said it better in this video:

As far as i know, this thread's title isn't "BBL revenue and Indians who don't play in other T20 leagues".

Yes, very sorry for going off. I'll cease this here.

yea, cause Indian domestic cricket is weak, so when you compare with other countries domestic cricket, Indian board had to come up with a strategy called 'League'
How is Indian domestic cricket weak ? We have a solid FC/List A / T20 (Not IPL) circuit. We have got so many talents each year from those leagues.

I know this isn't about ICC CT, so if you want to discuss this, we can move to the Indian domestic cricket thread.

SL best India already, shows they are weak.
One match doesn't prove you are weak if you lost that match. It's how you are able to bounce back and that is what India did exactly against South Africa. Pakistan got smashed by India and almost lost to Sri Lanka had those catches been taken. Both teams have stormed into the finals and it will be a good match to see.

It does not matter how many times have we won or lost against them, only thing that'd matter today is how well we play. No need to look back and ..[HASHTAG]#WeWontGiveItBACK[/HASHTAG] :ind:

As per cricinfo, Pakistan is going with just one change an that too of Amir instead of Raees. It will be a very dumb move to play 3 spinners against India on a pitch which according to experts is a belter. Congratulations to India in advance if we go with 3 spinners and I hope they score 400 if India bat first.

I don't understand what's the problem in going with 4 fast bowlers? There will still be 2 spinners + Shoaib Malik.
