ICC Champions Trophy 2017

Man, I wish this troll will disappear. Looks like nobody can have an opinion which is not same as his.

On a Cricket note, Coach role is to support the captain and Captain has to be brave as well. Nutshell, Sarfraz will learn by experience.

The Great Imran Khan says In Cricket Sports, Captain is the Main Man not the Coach.

PS: Heard that we are going with Fakhar Zaman replacing Shehzad and Junaid replacing Wahab Riaz. I am smelling Waqar Younis here... Struggling to make good combination and giving chances to Players like Azhar Ali who are forced ODI openers.. Junaid could be vital against India, He dismissed Kholi three times in a row in the 2013's tour when he was in tremendous rhythm.. He gave Warner run out of his money as well in two straight matches... Arthur doesn't have the eye to pick talent and Sarfraz is scared to take his own decisions looks like...

Virat Kohli of 2012 and that of today are two completely different players. His game has been on the up and the fact that Junaid is struggling to keep his place in the side shows that he has`nt set the world on fire. I don`t think Pakistan would`ve come close even if all 15 players had played. Its harsh but true. Even if Virat had got out early, there was so much batting left in the hut to get the total to at least 260-odd, which is still extremely defensible against Pakistan.

You are right about Virat that he really improved well if we compare him with 2013. It would have been an interesting contest this time. Pakistan's over reliance on Wahab Riaz is costing us big time. The management and selectors are not getting over the 2015 WC one spell and 2011 performance. Junaid struggling to keep his place in the side also relates with less confidence on him by the team management

Junaid has suffered two big knee injuries, and suffered personal tragedies as well since that tour. He is still very talented, he just needs some wickets to give him confidence.

I rate him on par or even higher than Amir. Sad that he has not been able to fulfill the potential for whatever reasons after a promising start to his International career

His stats were better than Amir in both formats before he got injured. He still provided a breakthrough with the new ball almost every time he played since his comeback. But he always got smashed in the death overs. I think he should bowl 7 overs with the new ball, and 3 after the 30th over, and leave death bowling to Amir and Hasan.

Lets hope we have a resurgent Pakistan today. I want Pakistan winning in a close contest today to set up this tournament. Trust me, there are as many Indians who are upset with all that is wrong with Pak cricket as Pakistanis themselves. We want the fun in Indo-Pak contests to be alivr as well. A lo5 of us have got used to the individual brilliance from our neighbors growing up. To see the current state of the side is painful, even for me.
