The plain orange on the back is not perfect, but with the text and all, it looks fine. It needs tweaking with some extra design done to the back

India should actually start having "home" and "away" jerseys for all ODI's and T20I's. Use this orange jersey for all ODI's and T20I's played outside India.

Still not a fan of this jersey. If they did want to go the way of changing it, why not make sure you have the tri-color motif represented somehow. The 2003 jersey with a navy blue base would've been great.

Talking about Pakistan's tomorrow game against Afghanistan, I think Pakistan will smash Afghan bowlers all over the park. The team has gained some sound momentum and peaking just at the right time. It should be an easy win tomorrow. Would love to see Babar and Sohail bat again. For openers, Imam and Fakhar, they haven't been so impressive in the WC thus far, they have a good performance due, hopefully they get some more confidence in tomorrow's game.

Can't agree to it. The Afghanistan have a very good bowling line-up and that unpredictability factor of Pakistan comes into play here. If they don't play their best game against Afghanistan they can even lose the match. They almost beat Pakistan in the Asia Cup last time. And coming to this WC all of India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh had tough time while batting against them. If Afghanistan can get Fakhar Zaman, Babar Azam and Haris Sohail early they would be on top of Pakistan. I don't expect Imam ul Haq to perform either. Babar Azam is key for Pakistan today.

That is being very generous to AFG and a whole lot of ifs. Their lack of experience has shown on the big stage (not their fault at all). And I expect Pakistan to hand them a thrashing.

Pakistan would have to really underperformed to lose this game. If AFG are made to bat first, they are definitely going to be blown over for a way below par score. If they bar second, they will end up chasing a score that just won't be achievable for them. I don't think they have the lineup to scorw 225+ against this Pakistani bowling

Bairstow's comments

"I was on the radio this morning. I was surprised with a clip of [Michael] Vaughan's comments at 8.30am. Bloody hell. That's pretty rich," Bairstow said. "Because we've done so well, any opportunity for someone to see we've lost two games, they were always going to jump on it.

"People were waiting for us to fail. They are not willing us on to win, in many ways, they are waiting for you to get that loss, so they can jump on your throat. It's a typical English thing to do, in every sport."

That just sounds awfully whiny. It looks like they are letting the pressure get to them big time here and that cannot bode well for their next two almost knockout games. What the English media and former players are dishing at the English team is nothing compared to what the Pakistani team had to cop when they lost to Westindies and then India.

This kind of whining is not going to help them win the games here.. Nor is it going to get them any sympathy of they don't make it.

All agree with history but history and trends also tell us that Pakistan when get on a roll and gain momentum then it gets unstoppable so I m coming from that route. Lets see what happens. The openers if theyu didnt perform today it would be disappointing

Pakistan have been too sloppy with the ball. Wouldn't have got away with it if it was a better team.

If Afghanistan can do 250+ its gonna be a big big problem for Pakistan

This isn’t the right analogy to use. Just because the Pakistani media is absolutely horrendous doesn’t mean that the English media isn’t bad unless they equal them.

Bairstow can be criticized for his comments related to how the ICC hasn’t put out absolute roads for them to dominate on, every tournament this long will have pitches that eventually deteriorate.

But, his other comments related to their media is absolutely spot on. They pull the same shite in football, building them up on the basis of qualification results versus weaker teams and then absolutely crucify them when they inevitably lose to a better side. Prior to this tournament, pretty much the only things they’ve said about England was on how they were going to break the 500 run mark and how they would absolutely crush other sides considering how dominant they were in the last four years.

And Vaughan is the biggest hypocrite of them all. This is the same guy that insulted Ashwin for a controversial but legal method of dismissal and few weeks later praised Foakes for a stumping when the batsman assumed the ball was dead after Foakes had collected the ball and literally did nothing for seconds. Every single opinion of his must be taken with a teaspoonful of salt. :rolleyes

Good to see a youngster turning in it around in the tournament .i.e. Shaheen Afridi not many teams would have continued playing him after the failures he had in the initial games. Credits to the management for backing the young talent and proving his worth.

Just give young players a chance at the big level will perform and show what they really are - Yuvi for example had a sensational start to his career at the ICC knockout back in 2000. All this theory and sayings that WC will be too much to handle for a youngster is plain bullshit.

Pakistan are going to win this comfortably. 220 odd is not a big total to be worried about.

Huge opportunities to make a big score for Stoinis and Khawaja.

Edit: This didn't age too well.

A big score from Carey will be a slap in the face to the staff and bat him at 5 in the remaining matches because Maxwell and Stoinis are horrid

Well done Imam! Block, block, block and then try to slog blindly.
