I somehow feel Jadeja should be one of the spinners if India go with two spinners. Jadeja the batsman is in form going by the warm ups and its always better to use a player who has hit good form. Also Jadeja's fielding is world class and saves crucial runs for the team and gets us crucial run outs/catches. And he can be tight in the middle overs applying the choke while the chosen leggie at the other end can attack (to me, it should be Chahal as of now on form).

These are good batting conditions and its no surprise that Bangladesh are batting well. Bumrah has been good and Bhuvi has been frugal with the economy. Chahal is getting into his groove with that double strike. Kuldeep and Shami are the ones that hasn't had it good so far (I did not expect anything from Shankar, the bowler) but Shami is in overall excellent form for the past few months, and Jadeja has been very tight. Nothing bad so far from our bowlers.

Jaddu is a must in our lineup. Even if he doesn't take wickets, I am sure he will make it up with his fielding by producing a wicket. And he can be economical as well.

Jadeja should be in the XI and only Chahal should play as another spinner.

He can attack and maybe get a couple of wickets. He is a confidence bowler and needs this

No, the ICC feed is what we will get I suppose for neutral games. He's bowling the right pace and tossing it up but just not getting any purchase.

I would definitely not leave Kuldeep out. Along with Bumrah, he's been our best bowler the past two years.

I'm very happy with these warm ups. There are a couple of things that need short term confidence building, but other than that, the men in blue are ready.

I agree. We had a test by fire in the first match exposing our weaknesses

Second match was pretty much perfect. Top order blew it and superb consolidation and then counter attack by the middle and lower middle order. And the bowlers are stepping up on a flat deck. The openers will come good in any case, so not a big worry. Just a couple of off days

I would still trust our regular bowling attack for now. Two warmup games aren’t going to change my belief in a bowling lineup that’s worked very well over the last two years. I do believe that Shami and Jadeja should be regularly rotated quite often with the others to mix up our attack during the tournament, based on the conditions of the match.

I think this will be a fabulous World Cup. England & India are slightly ahead of the others, but they are very much beatable and while either getting eliminated will be improbable, it certainly won't be a shock. The competition between all the teams is riveting. I am most pleased to see the progress of West Indies. Cricket is much much richer with them in the mix considering the brand of cricket they play.

I think we are in for a cracker of a World Cup provided rain doesn't play spoil sport. At this juncture, I consider Sri Lanka to be the only team completely out of their depth. Pakistan are on a wobbly slope but they are a team capable of losing a hundred games on the trot and then winning a World Cup. So, their performance will depend a lot on which side of the bed they choose to wake up from.
