Pure brilliance from Hales, shows exactly what he's capable of. Hales and Kieswetter as an opening pair would be brilliant, just a shame that it will never happen.

So Guys , which innings by a batsmen until now in this tournament has been the best innings ?

I believe they opened before in T20 in the past IIRC?

I more meant for the rest of this Tournament, rather than some point in the past.

Tomorrow's Group B games will be interesting. If WI beat Australia, then India have to win one of their remaining 2 games (out of which one is vs Bangladesh) to make the semis. Australia beating WI will however keep the group even more open (and make things complicated for India because we wasted golden opportunities to boost our net run rate).

India however should look to win both their next ones. I am sure MSD will be very charged now (he must be facing the heat over the happenings back home in India with regards to his involvement in the Meiyappan case). Hope he does a 2013 Champions trophy again, and takes India to glory (with all the wrong things happening simultaneously in India).

I don't think New Zealand will be as vulnerable as South Africa were against the Netherlands and if they win it will make the next two matches in that group knockouts! And fingers crossed for today's game :)

Indians are the favourites to win

To be honest, I feel this is the fan inside of you speaking. There are more powerful teams than India at the moment (especially in T20) and hence don't see India going beyond the second round or probably quarterfinals at max.

The second round IS the semi-final.
