I think the problem with SA is that they're using everyone as an Albie Morkel except for Albie Morkel.

de Kock
de Villiers
Faf
JP
Miller
Behardien
Wiese
Morris
Rabada
Steyn
Tahir

Of this Behardien, Wiese, Morris and even JP and Miller are being used as the 'come in at the end and win a game' which is pretty much what every T20 cricketer does but no one (not even Pollard, Lynn, Gayle, Dhoni whoever) does it as well as Morkel. On top of that he is a hugely underrated bowler (his game vs India). de Villiers can't open, he's being wasted there. Amla should never have been dropped, his strike rate was as high as ABs for almost all of the game vs England! Here would be my line up.

Amla
de Kock
Miller/AB/Faf
Morkel
Rossouw
Abbott (He can bat a bit)
Rabada
Steyn
Tahir

Miller/AB/Faf would depend on how the situation is played. If there's an early wicket, Faf. Middle of the innings and looking to do a bit of both, AB. Last 6-7 overs, Miller. Maharaj as the reserve spinner and he can pretty much be classified as a bowling all-rounder so he'll do well at 8. Morris as a Morkel replacement and JP and De Lange/ Morkel/ whoever they pick as the reserve batsmen and seamer respectively...

Let's not get carried away, Dhoni is far superior to Morkel as a finisher and Gayle is better, even though I don't rate Gayle all that much.

SA have done well in recent months in this format, they need to stick to the winning formula.[DOUBLEPOST=1457387469][/DOUBLEPOST]Also, I might actually label SA has one of the favourites in this tourney, I've never done that before but they have looked imperious at times. Of course India are on course for a win and England look better contenders than SA but I'd have them up there. Especially with the dysmal run of Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

Malinga shouldn't have stepped down days before the World Cup. He can always come back and take over, especially if this ones going to be his swansong. Quite disappointed with the way Sri Lanka cricket has been handed. Ideally if they needed a replacement they should've given it to Chandimal, who has been their designated T20 captain; also led in the recently concluded series against India. All of a sudden, these guys spring up Mathews who really isn't a T20 specialist.

Stanikzai has been quite disappointing recently.

Scotland are doing superbly so far - chasing 160+ is never easy

TBH Afghanistan off late have been poor. Have been watching this match and there are lot of silly mistakes that they are doing which can deny them a place in T20. As I write the first wicket goes

Whoops .. I guess I jinxed the Scots :spy

You know what starts fights? Things like these:

India batsman Rohit Sharma has called Mohammad Amir a "normal bowler," saying the hype around the returning Pakistan quick was unjustified. Instead, Rohit hailed emerging India fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah as a "rare talent".

Fights between whom? I don't think the players are going to fight over this

The people in the comment section will fight over it though. But they would have fought even if Rohit hadn't said anything.
