I agree with Simon. I have seen some "senior" member who used to demorlise new member thinking that they are superior. I don't want to name them.

That will not work, some posts are meant to be 10 charc. plus the spamming will just get longer.

Bad idea, not going to work. I personally think that instead of the first 5 posts of anew member being moderated, the first 30 posts should me moderated. It does increase the mod's work-load, but it is what they are here for.

I don't have a problem with the fact 99.99% of members aren't as good as me but it does annoy me when they can't see this glaringly obvious fact.

The only thing that bothers me atm is that if there is plagiarism in hte downloads forum it needs to be stopped. It used to be that people were banned straight away for it, but if I spent ages trying to make downloads and then someone just copied them I'd be really pissed.

If you see your work or someone elses being plagiarised report it to one of the mods or admins and they will look into it. It is hard to spot work being copied unless it's your own.
