India, assuming they qualify for the final, and there is no reason why they shouldn't, will play their last match on feb 1, and then the next match is the big one on 15 Feb (should have been on the 14th really, the perfect love affair after all), versus Pakistan in the World Cup.

So any idea if they will be returning for a week or so, or stay on in Australia. Personally I would have them return for a week to recharge and then back to Aus.

With this performance, there is no second thought that Rohit will open for us at the World Cup. Also happy to see Raina among the runs.

Dhawan is a cause of concern. Hope Dhawan can come good soon enough. Rohit and Rahane are similar style players and it wont be as explosive to have Rohit and Rahane open together. So, Dhawan has to come good soon. Waiting to see MSD with the bat! As someone said on Cricinfo, it feels like ages since we've seen him. After the test retirement, the surge of positive emotions towards him should hopefully work in his favor.

That was a rocket of a shot!!! So rare to see Dhoni play a shot like that very early in his innings. When Dhoni walked out, he displayed a kind of a more energetic body language. Maybe feeling better after giving up test career?
