Hogg shouldn't see the Test jersey again, as I thought just not effective enough in the Test arena. Good knock from Sehwag, hes just one of those players you have to stick with through the tough times.

MacGill if he comes through alright, if not him we're going to have to throw one of our spinners into the deep end.

He will come straight back in no matter what.

If he still injured before next test i havent checked fixtures so no idea when they should just forget all about a fulltime spinner an just use symo an clarkey to fill the roll.
Our young spinners are crap an will do nothing so strengthen the batting or fast bowling an leave the spin bowling to them 2 coz they will do just as good as our crap young spinners.

If u dont have good spin bowlers dont just throw 1 into team because u feel u should have a full time spin bowler in side.
Only put 1 in if they really are a good spin bowler

If he's healthy sure. We really need him to be 100% for this up coming year of Cricket mind, and next years Ashes. I really hope someone's ready after that though.

No. We shouldnt. Because unless it's Bryce McGain, who is 35 anyway, a Shaun Tait, Ashley Noffke or Doug Bollinger would be much better than Aaron Heal, Dan Cullen or Beau Casson

well cant complain with indias performance. 1st test they should of done better however. it was a good series. hope the one day series is as good as this one.

Yea true, we better hope we find a spinner or we will be seeing a ton of draws.

A fabulous test series comes to a tame end.
We`ve seen some hight quality cricket expected of these 2 sides before the series started.
Except for the Melbourne game, we`ve seen a very even test series which could`ve easily ended 2-1 in India`s favour.
That is how you define a close series. India have a 5-6 head to head against Australia in the last 14 tests between the 2 sides !
That is mighty impressive. The Indian team has proved those 4-0 predictions absolutely wrong.
The Indian batsmen have taken up the responsibility quite well and the seniors have had a great series. Sachin in particular was magnificent.

Haydos and Symmo were the stand out batsmen from Australia.
Brett Lee was magnificent but lacked quality support with which he could run through sides. There were days where you could feel that he was the only bowler who troubled us.
Hogg has now learnt how tough it is for spinners against India.
Ishant Sharma has been the find of this series, consistently clocking 145kph.

I`ve been asking for Sehwag to be in the test side for some time now and he has proved us right !
What a knock. We could`ve easily lost this game had we gone into our shell today !

All in all, a great series. Well done to both sides for producing the most memorable contest in recent times (since the 2005 Ashes)!
