I dont agree with Cricinfo! Drop Yuvraj Singh instead of Ganguly if you want 5 specialist bowlers! Why Ganguly? It would be a terrible decision if they drop Ganguly! Even though the Indian openers scored that mamooth 410, it takes an inspired spell of bowling to cause a flutter in the Indian dressing room and the Pakistani bowlers are more than capable of doing it! Why shouldnt we have Ganguly's experience as an ammunition with us in case of such a scenario?

Agreed even though I don't support either nation. Dropping Ganguly is a risk if Pakistan's bowling attack fire, and I feel he deserves another chance as he's so experienced and usually serves India very well, even if he did happen to fail with the bat.

Asif is good, I would rate him very high, and how can you judge him without seeing him bowl? He took 7/something vs England, surly he deserves a chance.

Any reasons why Umar Gul is not playing? After that Lahore test match, we havent seen much of Gul! He has only one test against India and he made big headlines!

I feel Zaheer can be useful to the Indian line up! He is an attacking bowler, who forces wickets rather than waits back for wickets to fall! He had his problems in the recent times and going by his domestic performances and what his coach says, he is ready to start his 2nd innings with the Indian team. I am sure he is maturing as a bowler and a cricketer and should serve the team well!

What a bad decision this is! This means that the team doesnt want to solve the Ganguly issue. They should ideally give him chances and one failure and he should be thrown forever! They are not doing that and its not going to do them any favors!
