India bowl out Pakistan for 346 and lose first wicket!
India have bowled out Pakistan for 346. Pakistan could not add any more runs to their lunch score. They played out 3 more overs before they got all out due to another run out (even when playing with C2004 Run out fix!). For India, Harbhajan Singh picked 4 wickets and was the pick of the Indian bowlers.
India started off their first innings but were dealt a big blow when Gambhir tried to avoid a yorker and missed it to be bowled for 0! India are now 0/1 after the first over!

India are in a good position at Tea on Day 3. They have scored 111 runs for the loss of two wickets! The two batsman out are Gambhir and Rahul Dravid. Rahul Dravid scored 24 runs before he missed a Kaneria turner and was bowled!
Virender Sehwag played on very well and reached his half century off 55 balls. He is now not out on 58*. Accompanying him is the MASTER BLASTER Sachin Tendulkar who is now not out on 15*.
India lead now by 165 runs and have 8 wickets in hand. They now are in the driver's seat in this match and any target of 300+ would place them in a winning position!

India are sitting pretty to win this match and the series 2-1 with a terrific display of batting in the last session of Day 3. India have scored 267/6 and are 321 runs ahead. The wicket doesnt seem to pose too much problem for them. Though Pakistan can be relieved to see the wicket behaving this way, they should be worried abt the runs India are making. Virender Sehwag is still unbeaten on a brilliant 113* and accompanying him is Irfan Pathan on 6*.
Four wickets fell in the last session of Day 3. First to go was Tendulkar for 39.Then Ganguly accompanied Sehwag and batted brilliantly. Both went on the task of dismantling the Pakistani bowling attack. Ganguly scored 42 off 35 balls and was looking too dangerous for Pakistan before he was bowled by Sami. Immediately the next ball, VVS Laxman lobbed a catch to mid off for 0. The hat trick ball was negotiated well by Dinesh Karthick.
But Karthick didnt stay long as he lobbed again a ball to mid off and was caught. Finally Irfan Pathan and Sehwag carried India through.
Pakistan must be truly disappointed with their bowling performance today. They gave a lot of byes (even with wk_timer.exe) and now they are pushed to the backs of the wall and they need to get India out soon tomorrow morning to get more time to have a serious shot at the target! Now, the result of a draw comes into the equation with the wicket not offering the kind of turn one expected!

But one cant discount Pakistan. Pakistan has to really make sure they bowl India out within the first session of Day 4. If India cross the first session tomorrow, then its either defeat or a draw for Pakistan!!

Pakistan have taken the most slowest but the right start to chasing 399 runs! They are 25/0 after 19 overs. Both openers are slugging it out in the middle. Indian bowlers are tight but no wicket seems to be coming for them. Pakistan are happy to leave and defend deliveries and one saw them opening up only by the 15th over. If they keep scoring at this rate, a draw is more likely.

I dont think a draw is possible because u have 1 and a half day. in that time either u can get 10 wickets or they make 399. so i think there will be a result in this match

Pakistan lose their first wicket after 21 overs at 29/1. Now they are 44/1. I will post the updated scores soon!
Ok I will update it over by over now with screenshots at the end of each session and Day. Of course, will update if wickets fall. Pakistan are 50/1 with Younis Khan getting out of the rut by hooking a Pathan no-ball for four. Next ball, he top edged a short ball and was DROPPED!! by Dinesh Karthick. Dramatic stuff!
Pakistani fans - dont lose hope yet of a victory!! Those who know my bowling can really hope for a victory!! Wickets are easy at all now!
Salman Butt caught for 35!
Salman Butt thrashed Pathan for 2 boundaries of the first two balls. He lofted the third ball too but easily found the mid off fielder. Pakistan 63/2
Younis Khan bowled for 19!
Younis Khan out in a dramatic fashion. He thrashed 3 fours off consecutive deliveries off Irfan Pathan. Still Ganguly did persist with the aggressive field. Off the 4th ball, Pathan bowled a reverse swingning delivery and Younis Khan's off stump was sent crashing!! Pakistan 82/3. India clearly favorites to win this one!!

Pakistan still need 291 runs to win with a day and 10 more overs to go! Pakistan are 108/3 with Inzamam not out on 23* and Yousuf Youhana on 8*. 291 runs is very much possible and it roughly comes to around 3.5 runs required rate which is a test match run rate!
Very Very Productive spell for Pakistan
Pakistan have gone through a very productive spell of play where they have scored 18 runs off 3 overs. They are now 126/3 and need 273 runs to win this match!! Inzamam on 33* and Youhana on 10*
