I’ve already said why he isn’t deserving or good enough to be a part of the team for a World Cup in my last post and I’d recommend you to look at that.
The best response to Lee’s comment funnily enough is from reddit where someone said
I think that sums up the situation pretty well.
Had a read, well analyzed take on.
Guess he may not be worth the risk though the lineup could do with his express pace in Australian conditions.
The analogy though, hopefully in time he has better control. Apparently he is heading to Australia still, bowling in the nets, shows the selectors got an eye on him.

Talk about yourself, I am very patient Indian fan. We have not won a trophy since 2013 and I am still supporting them, Kohli has not played well for 3 years now and I am still rooting for him, Rohit was a nohit player initially yet I still supported him over the years. My problem with KL Rahul is that he being touted as the next Indian Captain. My problem stems from that reason and would not want India to be captained by him.

Its an interesting subject though and one they need to confirm fast, Rohit has what at the most, like 4 years left to play? I read somewhere Virat has been pushing for KL to be captain a while now?
