India Tour New Zealand- 2022- Limited Overs only tour.

India are set to tour New Zealand later this month, November. They start off with 3 T20Is followed by 3 ODI games.

Itinerary:

T20I

-1st T20I at Sky stadium, Wellington on Nov 18th

-2nd T20I at Bay Oval, Mount Mauganui on Nov 20th.

-3rd T20I at McLean Park, Napier on Nov22nd



ODI:

-1st ODI at Eden Park, Aukland on Nov 25th

-2nd ODI at, Sedan Park, Hamilton on Nov 27th

-3rd ODI at a Hagley Oval, Christchurch on Nov 30th

The ODI schedule- Eden Park, Hamilton and Christchurch would offer different challenges to the team. I am a bit surprised that India chose to rest its top players as this would have been quite advantageous to them

That is indeed a surprise, thought they might just have him around under the guise of experience. Truthfully though he’s been past his peak for years now and deserved to be dropped.

I also see that Boult is absent in these squads. It’s good that they’re moving away from him too.

EDIT - Never mind, it is for Tickner. No Sears is shocking (if he’s fit). No Chapman either.
