First of all congrats on completing another great league Maheer (@Na Maloom Afraad )
I really liked the way you took up the initiative of single handedly conducting the auctions and plus the way you took everyone's suggestions before putting things into context.
I was really excited when you talked about the auctions part initially. Although it was disappointing that things didn't go right and you had to rework the auction format. And as you always come up with a great solution, you did so by taking the auction on to a different platform of Discord.
The whole auction thing wasn't possible due to 2 guys @Na Maloom Afraad & @Aislabie so a huge props to them!
Now on to the quality of match simulations, the ratings and the way you posted the matches..... There's no question that you are the best league manager on this whole site. And I am sure the whole Planet Cricket bows down to the level you have achieved and maintained over the years.
Speaking of the tournament format, I don't mind a team that finishes at top to end with the title and Delhi actually deserved to win after the risks they took at the auctions and the way their players got managed. The team also looked pretty good on balance.
I think 90 matches was a little too much. Both for you and the team managers. Infact from my personal POV, I just lost a bit of interest around the midway mark of the league.
Honestly this league was a great success with 10 franchises but there were many games that were just snooze fest atleast for the bottom 4-5 teams. So we can just cut down on the number of games. Just my suggestion!

That's something I can wholeheartedly agree with; but at the same time, conducting a proper league and not having every team play every other team on equal footing (home and away) would feel to me like I'm not doing it justice. Also a big reason why I called the season over without playoffs; what's the point of an 18-round league if the title is going to be decided via playoffs anyway? Kinda undermines the whole league phase if it ends up going to the playoffs. And if the league is long enough as it is, why even do playoffs?
Also, I do think that maybe your interest wouldn't have waned as much as it did halfway through if Mumbai started the season slightly better than they did.

I definitely enjoy the league way, to be honest didn't mind the 90 matches. I also understand the frustration that comes when you are top 4 but don't get playoffs.
