Moeen Ali is not a "every match 4 overs" bowler. And also the way Dhoni uses both Jadeja and Ali, you need some strong/solid backup spinners. I feel Tewatia was a brilliant pursual by CSK. He is an Indian leggie, can be really tight with his bowling and can win some games with the bat.
