Missed Sundar in bowling.
Didn't Dhoni himself drop one?Not at all a satisfying win that!! The catching keeps falling into "serious comic" territory! At one point, Dhoni couldn't help but let out a huge sarcastic laugh. His expressions in that final over to Mukesh was so damn funny!! Was gesturing "use your bloody damn brain".
Mukesh might have got 4 wickets, but he was sloppy on the field and continues to bowl trash! Fans must feel happy that CSK continue to survive, but a closer critical look at this game showed no changes.
Don't forget to send it to the Illuminati so they enter it in the simulation.I think I've figured out SRH's gameplay pattern.
2 losses - 5 wins - 2 losses (achieved with the loss against CSK yesterday) - 5 wins incoming!!! We will be comfortably through to playoffs.
Wait...what?Don't forget to send it to the Illuminati so they enter it in the simulation.
They should replace those wired earpieces with you tbh. You sound like music to their ears!I think I've figured out SRH's gameplay pattern.

They will regret it on match days if this were to happenThey should replace those wired earpieces with you tbh. You sound like music to their ears!

I guess even Mavi was retained. Can someone please tell me how Pat Cummins is still on the bench? Iyer & Chakravarty were retained and are now also on the bench! Hilarious!

Bhogle now saying the same thing minus Pat Cummins.
The point isn't whether who was better but rather about they spend so heavily thinking that Cummins was a real match winner for them and eventually he is sitting on the bench. So it is about had they not spend so much on Cummins, they could have had a better option.
So play him as a specialist batter instead. His performance with the ball anyways doesn't merit his inclusion. Eventually his net contribution is an absolute zero because of the amount of runs he concedes. But again does it make sense to play him ahead of a batter? Also, do not discount Cummins the batter.
Neither are playing for MI or RCB, if I'm picking a bowler between the two of their recent record, I'll go for the guy who takes wickets, has a lower economy (half of Cummins at the death). The sample size is 4x. Southee's numbers for MI and RCB would be an interesting comparison.
Also, do not discount Cummins the batter.
Cummins didn't look like a match winner last season, I'm amazed they spent so much to bring him back. I agree, his batting (what chances he might get) don't really cancel out not taking many wickets and conceding a lot of runs. The point isn't whether who was better but rather about they spend so heavily thinking that Cummins was a real match winner for them and eventually he is sitting on the bench. And I think whether in-form or not, dropping Venky Iyer makes the least sense considering he was the one who turned around the season for KKR by playing match winning knocks against RCB & MI in consecutive matches.
I suppose Chakravarthy was the lead spinner last season as far as the domestic reserves were concerned and today he doesn't find himself in the team after being paid 8 Cr INR!
