IPL it's too much to catch up you know what i'm saying? It should be like 4 matches only only saturday and sunday and friday...

matches on full working days sucks..

They're still raking in full crowds, so why would they bother...

Plus that would just make the tourny last longer!

:( Bangalore...

well banglore suck cuz there team balance isnt right too many test players i am sorry teams isnt right they got little 20-20 players they shouldnt have dravid in the team sorry to say he is good in test and one day but 20-20 doesnt suit him

Dravid puts a brave face before the cameras every time. But it's obvious that there is no team spirit in Bangalore after Mr. Mallya's outbursts against the selection of the team.

If Dravid has any shred of self-respect, he should step down voluntarily after this humiliating defeat. He's too great a cricketer to be under the command of a demanding corporate boss like Mallya who thinks of nothing but results.

It's not as though Dravid *needs* the extra money from the IPL. He is totally unsuited as a captain and as a player in this format of the game.

His tactics are really strange, example:

1. Not going full-out attack with his premium bowlers early: Zaheer Khan and Steyn
2. Not attacking enough with Kumble
3. Taking Steyn off after just one over at the top of the innings when he was getting the ball to swing and bounce.

While batting:
1. Not attacking the opposition enough during the overs 6 to 15. Trying to play T20 like a ODI game.
2. Not playing enough innovative T20 shots and trying to play every delivery "on merit" which is practically impossible in this format of the game.

Losing T20 matches is ok,but not in the way the RCB have lost them. They havent fought at all in the entire competition. It is but obvious that Mallya is going to be angry.

And, I too feel that Dravid needs to step down. He doesnt have a good team. In fact half the team needs to be sacked.

Cos he hasn't scored any runs, and by getting De Villiers in to keep they could improve the batting. Cheerybye.
