I think as the IPL will be held in South Africa or England Ponting may play

1. If IPL get staged at South Africa whole Aussie team will be there and i am sure Punter will get in too.

2. If IPL is get hosted by England then Punter should play as T20 WC is very near and if he play few matches of IPl, it will be a great warm up for him too
that will later help us

After Paksitan borad says that they have no more objection with their players to take part in IPL, KKR is now keen to get back Gul Thanks God, now we don't need to play Charl Langavelt

Langeveld was brilliant in the local pro 20 tournament here in SA. Basicly won the tournament for the Cape Cobras.

This time there is no local boys that will be featuring in IPL sow e need a international standard bowler

Modi said there's no chance. He said this at the press conference on monday when the switching was announced and on the SA cricket show inside edge in the evening.

Said squads had to be announced a month before hand so there will be no changes, there's also no reserve players allowed unless a player gets injured before the tournament starts and is out for the whole tournament.
