And round three will constitute pick of two players

I understand wanting the Draft to go quickly, but picking 3 players at once puts other team Owners at a disadvantage, say an Owner picks 3 of the leading players it creates an imbalance in the teams and the whole League!!!
We should probably look at something like 1 hour between selection, if an Owner don't select then he lose that spot and moves to the next Owner, something like that, but 3 selection at once can be a disadvantage to others!!
