Story Indian Whites. Is It Possible??[Practice, Interview, Tips by Guru Gary and INDIA VS SRI LANKA]

Preparation for Next Barrier

Well, after the epic win, we celebrated for sometime on ground. We then headed to dressing room and our Manager declared that it was ME, the man of the match and I was given a champaign.
I took it out and sprayed it on all players and then, we all walked to the ANZ stadium and we were back to our rooms. We slept for that day and the next morning, we were to take a flight to Melbourne. The next morning, we were instructed to get all our things as we were to travel to Tasmania, Perth from Melbourne.
We took up the plane and reached Melbourne by 01:00 PM local time as we had some emergency landings at Canberra and Wollongong.
We were taken to our Hotel rooms by bus, and we settled there in an hour. We took a bath and then, we were taken to the Mighty MELBOURNE CRICKET GROUND.:banana2
We took our pavilion and we practiced a bit there as we had to face Bushrangers the next day itself. I mainly concentrated on my bowling as I was bit costly in the previous match. That evening, Our Captain Hauritz said that we are all set to go on to field with only one change. Ben Rohrer was given a chance in place of Daniel Smith and I asked," Who'll keep wickets??" He replied,"YOU."
I was a keeper but I was concentrating on my bowling as my body features support me in bowling, especially, I get pace only because of my height. I agreed for that and I was all set to have a new role as a keeper.:banana2 Mr Mott justified his change as Ben Rohrer had pretty good record at MCG. I took up the keeping gloves and started practicing. After the practice, I was taken to MCG stands by Brett Lee to show me what all was available at MCG. Soon, Mr Mott came up and he was checking the pitch, its nature and I with Binga even joined him. It was almost 21 hours and we went to sleep.
The next day was a pretty good one for us when we started out practice at MCG. I mainly concentrated on keeping and I kept wickets for all the bowlers, who were the possibles to bowl in match.
We took our lunch and it was 3 hours before the Match.
I was sleeping and when I got up, we had just one and half to go and then, I took food, got into practice.
I took the bat and Mr Mott was checking my batting. I faced Freddie for dozen of balls and then, Hedger came up to me. I faced everyone firmly and even I tried hitting many straight drives, in which I was successful. Crowd turned up into MCG in thousands. Before the start of the match, we had almost the lower deck filled and soon, even the middle deck was filled. But the upper deck was not totally filled. It was toss time and Hauritz went along with Cameroon White and Match officials. It was Victoria, who won the toss and they decided to bat first. I was ready and I was geared up with my Wicketkeeping stuff.

We went on the field and Hauritz set the field. It was Brett Lee to start up the proceedings for us.

The Bad Weather Turned Good.
Binga started with ball and we had a good start by picking up 4 early wickets. Quiney, Hodge, Taylor and White were dismissed by Binga, Binga Safrafaz and Andy G respectively and then, when Bravo came on to bat, he brought bloody rains along with him and it started raining. They were 52-4 in 6 overs when it started raining and it was a bad rain going on. We were sitting in our dressing room looking at sky, hoping it would stop raining. And finally, it stopped raining after two hours. The match was called and we were to chase a target of 61 from 6 overs after Duckworth Lewis calculations were made.
I was sent as opener along with David Warner and he was taking the strike. Our innings went fine and we extracted 13 runs from the first, 7 runs from second, with 3 sixes in it and two singles taken by Warner. I din't even got a thing called "Strike" after two overs. Warner was taking the strike as he took single in last ball of the previous over. And Whatmore. Warner exploded again. He extracted 29 runs from that over off Dirk Nannes. 4 sixes, a four and a single in last ball:doh. One of the six destroyed some window panes in MCG. We were 49-0 after 3 overs with all coming from Warner's Bat. And He finally gave me a single:banana2, and he celebrated his fifty. He recorded fastest half century in history of KFC T20 Bigbash and even it was fastest in Australian Continent. And we needed 11 runs with me on strike. And I couldn't control myself. I hit two boundaries and changed the scorecard to "three" required. Then, a six to end match and I even had a small record of hitting all boundaries in innings. The Melbourne crowd stood up for Warner's innings. Warner was awarded man of the match for his 50 of 19 balls. We went back to our rooms.

Well, we came back to our rooms and I was astonished to see 60 missed calls in my mobile:sarcasm. When I called back my brother, he congratulated me. I thought he was congratulating for our team winning the match. He asked ,"When are you coming?". I replied,"WTF??" He asked whether I know the matter which I said dunno simply. He asked me to open cricinfo and he said that he stays online.
As soon as I opened cricinfo, I found a great bug.

I shouted was very happy for the thing on cricinfo homepage.
I sent messages to all the people called me thanking them.
Indeed, I was INDIA Under 19 Captain.:banana2
I said this to my coach Mr Mott for which, he congratulated me. I was to leave for India the next morning and I packed up all the bags. I slept and I was not getting sleep. I was excited and I again took out my lappie, put up that cricinfo page and kept it alone.
The next morning, all my team mates along with support staff bid my a good bye and I went back to India. As soon as I went, my family was waiting at Airport for me. They took me to home, and I had a bath for 1 hour;).
Then, I got ready to leave for Bangalore, where the practice camp was scheduled to take place. I and my u-19 team mate Akshat Reddy went to Bangalore by Train.
