With huge pressure on SouthAfrica, Lara brought Banks back to attack wanting the batsmen to make some mistakes. Infact Pollock fell in this trap.Banks striked with the wicket of Pollock.

Pollock Dimissed by Banks!

In very first ball, Pollock tried to hit a huge six. He attempted an aggressive shot that looked like a maximum for a moment but once again the fielding did the trick for Windies. Gayle was the fielder standing near the boundary.

Gayle managed to take an wonderful catch where his foot was very much near the ropes. After taking the catch, Pollock was waiting for the umpires to check with the third umpire. The replay showed that the foot was marginally before the ropes which means that " Its out! ". Otherwise it wud have been a six.

Lara and his team alreadys started celebrating this wicket. Pollock has the capability to hit huge ones but getting dismissed in this stage has increased the disappointments further. SA's small hopes on Pollock was also shattered but, to everyone's suprise, Boje started to build the hopes with handy runs!

Can Boje do it? Still A Tough Task!

Boje started to free his arms and was attempting to play big shots which kept on accelerated the scorecard. Lara brought back his pacers wanting to finish the tail enders soon but Boje suprised all the Windies players. Lara got bit frustrated.

Also, Boje was able to get a huge six from a no ball of Bradshaw which increased the frustrations of Windies even more! This brought the SouthAfrican crowd alive again. The tension is seen in both the dressing rooms. While, Ntini also got a handy four through a thick edge! Lara started to shuffle his field and was eagerly waitiing for one silly mistake.

Well, just 5 Overs are left for this match to end. SouthAfricans have come close to the target but only thing thats worrying them is wicket column as they have only two wickets in hand. Lara is looking for one more wicket to apply pressure on SouthAfrica while SA are looking for one big over to put the pressure on Windies. Its still anyone's game!

( Collymore got rid of Dangerous Boje )​

Lara's main intension was to cut down the handy fours like boundaries off edges! He had a long discussion with Collymore and Chanderpaul & adjusted the field accordingly. Boje was on strike to Collymore.

Collymore delivered a slow ball which Boje went quickly to play it which resulted in the improper timing of the ball. This made the ball to travell in air straight towards Chanderpaul, who was standing near the border of inner circle. Chanderpaul took an easy catch that put an end to Boje's threatening innings.

Lara was relieved a lots now to get rid of Boje. Once again the players of Windies were jumping on each other celebrating this wicket with huge amount of joy and happiness. Disappointments was seen in SouthAfrican dressing room when Boje walked back to the dressing room. Nel, the last batsmen came from the dressing room to join Ntini at the crease.

Well, SA are left with only one wicket and the target is looking very tough though they are very much near to it. The wicket of Boje brought Windies in driver's seat now and Lara wud be looking to finish the last batsmen soon! For SouthAfrica, almost all the hopes have been shattered. Kallis,Pollock and Boke all looked to make but failed to carry on till the end! Still one wicket left.. Windies are in comfortable winning position unless they do something silly!

( Bradshaw Finished off SA's Innings )​

Bradshaw was bowling the 47th Over. There were some runs got through edges. Lara brought an slip to attack Nel. Bringing the slips in this stage of the game is some wat risky but Lara took the risk as the runs were coming from the edges!

Bradshaw,while bowling to Nel, delivered an yorker and Nel missed it completely. This made the ball to strike the stumps resulting in clean bowled. This wicket brought the Windies victory over SouthAfricans! Lara and his players were excited a lot and celebrated this victory. Windies fans were jumping from the seats. But many sad faces are seen in SouthAfrican dressing room.

Well, the players started to exchange the warm handshakes between themselves and with the umpires and started leaving the field. This was once again a close match in this series but was not that close as previous ones as SouthAfrican lower order, inspite of starting a fight back, failed to stay till the end. So this victory progresses WestIndies to the semi finals of this ChampionsTrophy!

Kallis started the fight back after failure of the top order and was unlucky to miss the three figures! Pollock and Boje threatened to some extent but they failed to carry on. Also Hall played a good supportive role to Kallis.

All bowlers did their job well. Bravo was only bowler left without the wickets. Bowlers were able to succeed in getting wickets in regular intervals with the help of brilliant fielding that played a major role in this Windies Victory!
