Game Entering The Climax!
( A tough battle continues between bat & ball )

Well, the battle between the two teams have increased further with the aggressive approach of Aftab and dew factor! Fleming stopped Styris and brought back Oram again. Aftab turned out to a major threaten!

Aftab's Quick Fire

aftabaggressiontj6.jpg

Aftab was just blindly going over the bowlers. He was very strong in straight where he was just trying to go over the top! Fleming was very frustrated as the boundaries came inspite of having a fielder there!

Astle was smashed for two consecutive boundaries and Bangla fans have started jumping from the seats. The tension increased in Kiwis dressing room. Fleming was confused what to do next... The fielders near the boundary were under pressure. With the quick fire from Aftab, it seemed that match wud be finished quicker than expected. Fleming, having no other way, brought Bond back into the attack and it worked for Kiwis!

Its Bond Once Again!

aftaboutpz4.jpg

Aftab's strength in straight turned as a major drawback for his dismissal. Bond played a mind game with Aftab. He teased Aftab few deliveries with quick bouncers which were going to the keeper. Aftab got bit frustrated. Bond who read Aftab's mind very well, delivered an slow delivery. Aftab with frustration, attempted an huge shot over the top which wasn't timed properly! As a result, ball landed safely in Franklin's hand.

It was Bond who won the mind game against Aftab and brought the major breakthrough for Kiwis! Fleming was relieved a bit, but still unhappy as Bangladesh are closin in! The entire Kiwis team celebrated this vital wicket and it was a huge blow for Bangladesh. Aftab walked back to pavilion with disappointments that he wasn't able to continue till end. Bangladesh wicketKeepr replaced Aftab at the crease joining Saleh!

Well, just 10 Overs left for the match to end. Bangldesh have closed in as they just need another 59 Runs. Both the dressing room are filled with tension now. The main key for Kiwis, Bond has finished already 8 Overs.. So Fleming has to handle this cleverly! With Couple of quick wickets now, Kiwis wud be in commanding position..... With Couple of big overs, Bangla wud be in commanding position.. So its still anyone's game! :)

Bangladesh :- 169/5(40)
Mashud : 1*(4)
R.Saleh : 25*(40)

Aftab : 39(35) Dismissed by Bond

Last 5 Overs Left!
( Tension In Both The Dressing Rooms )

o4045qj0.jpg

well, with huge pressure on Bangladesh due to loss of Aftab, Fleming was trying to utilise it with constant field changes! Franklin, Oram and Mills were all mixed in bowling & Bond was not brought back as he has to be there in last overs for kiwis!

Saleh and Mashud did very well to handle the pressure. Both the batsmen tried to play some simple shots. But Kiwis got chance a couple of times. First time, It was a thick edge in Franklin's over which went to the boundary. Second time, Mashud played a silly shot over the top and was just falling in short of Bond... Bond tried to dive in front and almost caught it but dropped in the end!

The tension was kept on increasing for NewZealand captain. He kept his hands on his head and stared at the bowler & fielder & sky ;) But it was tough for a bowler like Bond to make a dive in front and take that! Anyways it was a brilliant effort. Some handy runs kept on coming for Bangladesh batsmen & Fleming is confused as how to stop those! Its very unfortunate that Bond has to bowl only 10 Overs in this match :p

Well, 5 Overs left and the game seems to be in balance. Bangladesh's main advantage is, they have wickets in hand & for Kiwis, Bond has two more overs out of five! Bangla need runs... Kiwis need wickets.... So the contest is till ON between the bat & ball and still, anything can happen! :)

Bangladesh :- 195/5(45)
Mashud : 11*(17)
R.Saleh : 40*(57)

Bangladesh require 33 Runs from 30 Balls!
Bond : 3/12 ( 8 Overs )

Bond Strikes For Kiwis!
( Saleh Departed, Tension Still exists )

salehoutkk8.jpg

As expected, Fleming operated with Mills & Bond in the final overs. The runs continued to flow in Mills's over. Bond was brought back in 47th Over. The field was adjusted after some discussion from the NZ skipper. All the hopes are on this man, " Bond "! And, he striked once again for Kiwis taking his fourth wicket which was a important one of Saleh!

Bond bowled an quick delivery which Saleh tried to go over the top for a huge one. But once again, it was a mistiming due to pressure and ball went in air without sufficient distance towards Astle. Astle did not find any difficulty in taking the catch resulting in the soft dismissal of Saleh!

Bond was delighted once again for having striked for fourth time in his third consecutive spell. The entire Kiwis team celebrated and some tension is still on Fleming's face as the target is too close for Bangladesh. The tension is also found among fans now & also in both the dressing room. Ashraful, Bashar and Omar are all found standing which looked like they are eagerly waiting for the result! Rafique replaced Saleh at the crease.

Tough Time For Bond on Field

Bond Slips Again!

Bond, who already had a tough time near boundary, continued facing some uncomfortness on the field. He already made a huge dive which ended in a drop catch. Now, while chasing the ball, Bond slipped down but somehow managed to stop the ball :p

Well, Just 3 Overs left and Bangladesh are very much near the target. Saleh's wicket must have relieved Kiwis only a bit though! Some handy runs are needed for Bangladesh in this stage. Bond still have one more over to go which Kiwis must be looking to utilise it to their maximum. Both the teams are fighting for the win here and still anything can happen :)

Bangladesh :- 207/6(47)
Mashud : 19*(23)
M.Rafique : 3*(2)

R.Saleh : 40(61) Dismissed by Bond.
Bangladesh require 21 Runs from 18 Balls!
Bond : 4/15 ( 9 Overs )

Ahhh Its Good That Bond Got still One Over In hand. :p .i think Fleming should keep one slip

C'mon Bangla! C'mon Rafique, get into power hitting mode! Both very experienced contenders here! Just keep your cool, you can do it! C'mon boys, you didn't get all this way here just to lose it!
Damn it, I jinxed them now didn't I...
