Mate u itself told the answer :D

Actually i want to use the wet & overcast conditions which is not available in any of the Asian grounds nor Dhaka nor Sharjah!!! So i thought this stadium looks good for the DLF series and went for this.....

ARE WINDIES BACK INTO THE GAME ?

Well after the severe blast in the first over, Lara was having a long chat with the bowler.... Collymore was the bowler who bowled the second over!!! He was clever enough to utilise the low bounce nature of the pitch and was bowling reducing the pace with strict line... That over was far more better than the first over.... Watson was not very comfortable with the low bounce!!!

LOW BOUNCE TROUBLING THE BATSMEN!!!

frustrationsig1.jpg

Then bowlers understood one point clearly not to bowl with quick pace!! They bowling like a medium bowlers with the strict line and even Gilchrist was frustrated with the slow ball.... In such a frustration, Gilli went on to aggressive shot that almost find the fielder Hinds but he dropped!!! This misfielding caused frustration to the bowler and Lara!!! So frustration spreaded everywhere..... Hinds was not at all happy because he knew that "Catches Win matches"!!!

WATSON -- The First Wicket Of Collymore!!!

watswktli7.jpg

Watson was little impatient and went over the bowling of Collymore striking the ball in the air.... & the ball didnt get the distance and found the fielder there.... It was very very high in the air but it was an watchful, comfortable catch by Lawson!!! Now Windies players started celebrating this early break through... Watson returned to the pavilion with more disappointment!!!

Then Lawason bowled a tight spell to Ponting and Gilli next over!! Lawson looked to improved more compared to his first over!!!

Dangerman Gilchrist ---- Second Victim Of Collymore!!!

gilliwktgu3.jpg

Collymore bowled to Gilchrist.. He slightly moved the ball....very very slightly but got an extra unusual bounce..which Gilli didnt expect... He went to play backfoot defence but was decieved completely and struck in front of the stumps for a LBW.. There was a confident shout and umpire raised his hands without any hesitation!!! Collymore was very much excited as he has dismissed the most dangerman!!

HAWKEYE

hwgillibo3.jpg

The hawkeye shows that ball was sure to hit the stumps!!! The whole Windies team was excited becos they were able to get two quick wickets.... And this is the most important situation for both the teams,

For Aussies : They have to play the low bounce carefully with two fresh new batsman at the crease!!!

For Windies : They should be able to utilise this situation and try to continue the same process of getting quick wickets if they want to stay in the game!!!

Well still a long way to go for both the teams... Ricky Ponting and Martyn are currently batting at the crease!!!

Aus : 27/2 ( 6 0vers )

Gilchrist : 17 dismissed by Collymore
Watson : 5(13) dismissed by collymore
Ponting : 1*
Martyn : 0*

Collymore : 3O 0M 4R 2W

Great bowling by Collymore so far and he has grabbed an absolutley vital wicket in Adam Gilchrist. This is some more great presentation Suren, this story is fantastic.

Windies Are Right Back Into The Contest!!!

Collymore was bowling a magic spell today and caused serious problems for the batsmen to even touch the ball... On several occasions, the batsmen were well decieved!!! Martyn was extremly uncomfortable with both Lawson and Collymore...Ponting was going confidently as much as possible though from the other end.....

MARTYN ---- Third Victim Of Collymore!!!

martynwicketcu8.jpg

Collymore this time bowled a short pitched delivery... Martyn was tempted to go for a pull shot..& it resulted in the bottom edge and the ball carried easily to the wicket keeper and Ramdin made no mistake in taking a simple catch!!!

Lara was delighted very much as Martyn is one of the solid player in Australian team.... Collymore has troubled all the batsmen so far right from the first and this over ended as the second maiden of his spell!!!

Clarke was the new batsman at the crease.. Collymore was stopped all of a sudden and Banks was introduced!! this was a strange decision by Lara as Colly was bowling extremely at the great rate...Everyone in the arena thought that it was too early to bring the spinners on!!!

M.CLARKE ---- Fourth Wicket Of Australian Innings!!!

clarkewktdb4.jpg

Banks bowled an normal offbreak... Clarke was very much tempted to go for a sweep shot and he bravely attempted that ....As a result, Clarke was decieved and the ball went in the gap between the bat and the pad and managed to hit the stumps!!!

This was an irresponsible shot played by Clarke considering the current situation!! Ponting's face turned little worried!!! Well, Banks was excited to get the wicket in his first over...Lara's strange decision of bringing the spinner early worked by some means!!!

SYMONDS---- Unfortunate End!!!

symndwktbq3.jpg

Banks was bowling the second over of his spell... Symonds was at the striker's end.... Another temptation off break for sweep shot was delivered..... This time Symonds placed the ball correctly but lost the balance a bit at the end resulting in one of his hands loosing contact with the bat... This lead the ball to be in the air and Bravo made a superb dive in front and took an excellent catch..... Symonds was frustrated as he lost his balance but he had to return to pavilion.... He went leaving Ponting more worries!!! Hussey joined Ponting.....

Batsmen's Frustrations!!!

edgesgp6.jpg

Right from the start except the first over, batsmen were not satisfied with the behaviour of the ball on the low bouncy track... The ball was edged on many occassions but was lucky that it landed in safe area.... Clarke, ponting and Hussey all struggled to place the ball accurately!!! Ponting was the only batsman so far playing an watchful innings despite of all difficulties...

PONTING --- LEFT ALONE!!!

pontinghu9.jpg

Now Hussey is the new batsman joined ponting...& its a last recognised batting pair... Lara is well aware of this too... Ponting was little confident when compared to other batsmen but the problem is he is left alone without any partners on the other end to support him... Hussey has to do this job if Aussies have to win this... At this time only they are missing Michael Beavan very much :p

Aus : 49/5 ( 15 Overs )

Ponting : 21*
Hussey : 1*

Martyn : 0 Dismissed by Collymore
M.Clarke : 1 Dismissed by Banks
Symonds : 0 Dismissed by Banks

Collymore : 5 Overs 2Maidens 4Runs 3 Wickets
Banks : 2 Overs 2Maidens 0Runs 2Wickets

Required Rate : 4.83/over

great comeback here from the windies!!!
They will win now

yup it was a great fightback by Windies against worldchamps..But the main key Ponting is there...and couple of wickets more now will lead the game completely in windies favour!!! lets see what happens :)

Thanx everyone for their views!!!:happy
Suren

Well still the aussies can pull this off if these two carry on from now. These two are there most consistent batsman.

Beware of Collymore and Banks ;)

Go West Indies! You can do it! Kangaroo Curry for dinner!
